Except when a state sues other states over this, theres balls on the line. This is Texas saying "We aint getting none of that" and thats a strong message to the other states. This might have more weight than a Lin Wood lawsuit that has constitutional ground, because we arent living under the rule of law anymore, a state like Texas is a big power block in an upcoming theoretical civil war.
