This can be all the marbles. This is the kind case SCOTUS loves. This would change 4 states without the need to prove fraud.

Great point. Neither party really wants to look inside vote flipping machines - wonder why we (I'm a Texan) let Arizona off the hook. And Nevada. Minnesota. New Mexico. Colorado. North Carolina. Virginia.

It helps. Under original jurisdiction these cases go directly to the Supreme Court.

Because it jumps straight to Supreme Court when one state sues another... dang that’s smart.

Also, it could preempt the safe harbor in all four states if it establishes unresolved legal disputes as the deadline to resolve expires.

Its fucking brilliant, this could be check mate. That means that can't seat their electors and it will go the House, since no one got to 270.
