I admit to violating the Flag code. I raise the Christian Flag first an take it down last. Then the TEXAS flag and then the US flag. It is in order of my loyaty.
The roadmap had to have been laid down by someone inside scotus on exactly what grounds to file. They told them exactly what they needed, who would take the case and how. Rudy was gathering the evidence and showing that the states didn’t care they had a rigged election by filling in their courts and showing their hand. On the other hand one or a few of states were waiting for the perfect time to file.
I’d like to see a Cruz/Paul or Paul/Cruz ticket. In either order. Jr in Senate/Governor first then Prez, so they can’t use the “riding daddy’s coattails” attack. Lin Wood or Rudy or some based lawyer for AG. Get rid of the FBI/CIA/NSA and have one clean national intelligence unit run by James O’Keefe, who is the best spy we have in the US IMO.
I have a feeling he took on the beard when he became Lion Ted. This makes it very easy to distinguish from his run of the mill politician days to his Lion Ted days.
Yes, his mother was a native-born American citizen--like Obama's. As the article states, the Constitution is vague about this and we now have Obama's precedent. If Cruz runs in 2024 and someone challenges his eligibility in court on Constitutional grounds, he will have that precedent on his side. The court can't deny his eligibility without retroactively declaring Obama's presidency illegitimate, which is unlikely. (It was evil, but not technically illegitimate. And yes, I know, the birth certificate fraud...)
I'm a lifelong Texan. But I come from an area that I refer to as the asshole of Texas. "Small town about 45 mins outside of Houston." I mean don't get me wrong, growing up I thought it was great. But once you move out your eyes start to open lol.
I have now lived in the Texas hill country for the past 10 or so years and I would highly recommend. Lots of good towns to move to. New Braunfels, Bulverde, Comfort, San Marcos, Boerne. I live north of San Antonio and I love it.
Right there with you pede! Just bought a home in Spicewood. Far enough from Austin to avoid the riots and crazy people, close enough to Lance's ranch to pass him on the bike once in a while.
DO IT! No state income tax. I became a home owner here at age 25, which I hear is unusual in some parts of the country.
We do have a stupid mask mandate, but other than that life is normal. Everything is open and everyone is back at work/school, out shopping, going out to eat, etc. I think I read that our economy is 90% back, and our governor has repeatedly said no to another lockdown.
I wish he would repeal the stupid mask mandate and leave it up to individuals/businesses, but compared to Michigan I'm sure Texas would seem like paradise.
No state income tax, but we do make up for it with property taxes so beware. At least with property taxes you can choose where you want to live and if you want to pay the taxes. You also have better visibility to where your property taxes go. The vast majority of my property taxes goes to the school district.
I'm a native TEXAN, but lived in Michigan for a few years. Outside of Detroit and parts of Lansing and Ann Arbor, it's pretty cool. University towns are POISON to the soul and formaldehyde to the brain.
if this is solved friendly.... idk, this corruption reeks man.... please get chynese infl away from politics... its like direct violation of government sovereignity to be controlled by them....
you can always spot the Texan because Texas is one of the few states that require state history in public schools. unless you're just some kinda out of state wierdo who's stalking Tx...
Bellwether states like Florida and Ohio should definitely sue. Even with likely electronic machine fraud and expected inner city voting fraud, state voters soundly rejected Beijing Biden. They’ve predicted the last however many elections and their voters are being completely disenfranchised.
Can some American Pedes plz explain the significance of this for us Australian and Euro Pedes so we can understand and marvel in awe at how clever American political system actually is?
It is a myth that we, Texas, can legally secede from the union. Texas can legally be split into up to 5 states, but no Texan would be in favor of that.
In other words. Certain kinds of cases go to certain courts. Most cases have to wind their way through state courts first and then can be appealed to the federal courts and ultimately the supreme court. Tedious process and with Obama judges, it can be a minefield. But states suing other states can't take place in one of the state's courts. So for any lawsuit betwe n states it automatically goes to the federal bench.
This is really quite a beautiful tactic. Texas is basically saying the illegal system used in these states not only disenfranchised their voters, but also disenfranchised Texas voters too since they all collectively count towards having one president. If texas can win this, it would be a huge play towards all states needing to have clean voter rolls and conducting fair elections.
Many in Texas were taught a false history. We were still being taught that we joined the Union by Treaty. In fact, that is what was sold and what we voted for, but we actually were annexed in a backroom deal because we couldn't get enough Senators to adopt the treaty.
The TEXAS History books didn't catch on for over one hundred years.
I can’t wait for the biggest Trump rally this year in TEXAS! ...I’ll be on my couch watching it on Right Side Broadcasting Network, and maybe even ordering some Two if by Tea from Rush Limbaugh. Heck! I may even buy Hannity’s Live Free or Die book! Heck!
Texas is brilliant for doing this. They are always talking about secession. If the constitution is now void and 6 corrupt state elections get to decide the president then Texas could make a strong case to leave the union.
"Only Rosie O'Donell"
Fucking Trump. He has the best sentences.
Sorry
You're completely right.
REEEEEEEE you didn't capitalize His name!!!!!! Shill faggot!!!!
;-)
/s

That's because it was a joke you humorless robot!
Bye bye!
Roasted turkey?
Roasted O Donnol
Train goes REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
don't MESS with TEXAS!
AVE IMPERATOR
I didn't even know that states can sue each other. I learn something every day!
They can. Call/email your reps and governor and demanded your state AG joins the suit
Proud to be a Texan pede
Same
Free drinks for these two tonight!
Same. Anyone got a link to the filing itself?
no state has prouder residents thats for sure!
I proudly fly my Texas flag alongside my US flag.
I admit to violating the Flag code. I raise the Christian Flag first an take it down last. Then the TEXAS flag and then the US flag. It is in order of my loyaty.
Well, maybe South Dakota residents
I'm from Arizona but can I join?
/We cheated but at least Texas still likes us 🥴

Thanks you Texas pedes!
Signed, an embarrassed Georgia pede.
Rand Paul for President
Ted Cruz for AG
Candace for Senate
Rand wants open borders...hell no
Trump Jr / Rand Paul ticket
Ted Cruz for AG
Flynn for head of FBI
CIA shattered into a thousand pieces and scattered to the winds
Candace for Senate
Alex Jones for Press Secretary
Alex Jones for Press Security!!!!!
They'd need ro replace all the chairs with toilets in the press room because all the Communist media drones would be constantly shitting themselves.
“Mr. Jones, the President has been accused of flirting with a woman at a Christmas party 30 years ago. This is a serious allegati—“
“I will EAT YOUR ASS like CORN on the COBB! I’M READY!”
“Mr. Jones please, our source is a reliable floozy-“
“aaaaaaaaaAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!”

I'm liking Cruz more than I did a few years ago, but he's still not a natural-born citizen. Not eligible to be POTUS.
He's eligible. He is a citizen born abroad. The constitution is a little vague about this. https://www.thoughtco.com/presidents-not-born-in-the-us-3368103

Ted retweeted earlier. He’s ready! This would be his 10th case before SC
HE'S A LION! LION TED!!!!!!!!
Will those cases be public and published?
Where in TX? We did a road trip there to check it out. Dallas is a shithole
Depends on what you want. Texas is like its own country.
East Texas, 100%. You won’t find anything like that in West Texas.
I'm a lifelong Texan. But I come from an area that I refer to as the asshole of Texas. "Small town about 45 mins outside of Houston." I mean don't get me wrong, growing up I thought it was great. But once you move out your eyes start to open lol.

Man I used to love going into Austin. I lived in San Marcos and New Braunfels from around 2010 - 2013, but now I haven't been in years.
Congrats on the home purchase pede! Sounds nice
Assuming Texas doesn't turn blue the Hill Country is where i'd like to end up. If Texas does turn blue I think my only option will be Wyoming.
I think the whole "Texas is trending blue" is fictional bullshit. But who knows, and yeah Wyoming would likely make a good last refuge lol.
Where are you from?
Eastern Kansas, still live here actually.
Gotcha! I have 0 knowledge of Kansas really, how is it there?
DO IT! No state income tax. I became a home owner here at age 25, which I hear is unusual in some parts of the country.

Michigan is fine. Just deport the Detroit thugs.
I'm a native TEXAN, but lived in Michigan for a few years. Outside of Detroit and parts of Lansing and Ann Arbor, it's pretty cool. University towns are POISON to the soul and formaldehyde to the brain.
Go Texas!
Texas is the only state in the lower 48 U.S. states to have its own power grid.
and the oil, we drill, transport, refine, and sell more oil than we use.
Unlimited high energy.
WA is part of the Western Interconnection. (grid)
Basically, you have Eastern grid, Western grid, and Texas grid.
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/North_American_power_transmission_grid
This will mess up the safe harbor pass for dem fraudsters.
"Anonymous sources report" the whole safe harbor thing was bullshit to begin with.
Maybe it was someone's dying wish that be ignored
WE WILL NO LONGER SURRENDER THIS COUNTRY OR ITS PEOPLE TO THE FALSE SONG OF GLOBALISM
Re-election first. Then comes the MILITARY TRIBUNALS
if this is solved friendly.... idk, this corruption reeks man.... please get chynese infl away from politics... its like direct violation of government sovereignity to be controlled by them....
The Alamo all over again!
Let's push on to victory at the Battle of San Jacinto! 💪
you can always spot the Texan because Texas is one of the few states that require state history in public schools. unless you're just some kinda out of state wierdo who's stalking Tx...
Come and Take It
Can other states join the lawsuit?
if they can't join, I imagine they can file their own lawsuit, which would be amazing. Immediately I think of Florida but that's just a guess.
South Dakota? Oklahoma maybe?
I think every freaking red state should either join or file their own! How epic would that be???
This really needs to happen. People in their red states need to start making calls.
Cool. Those crimson red states like Oklahoma need to get the F up!
Bellwether states like Florida and Ohio should definitely sue. Even with likely electronic machine fraud and expected inner city voting fraud, state voters soundly rejected Beijing Biden. They’ve predicted the last however many elections and their voters are being completely disenfranchised.
Yes
Unquestionably they all horrifically gang rape The Constitution. Nothing about these elections were valid.
! This actual event is dispooted
Suddenly, Texas decided it had been messed with by these states.
FAFO
NO THIS IS DISPOOTED
ITS NOT HAPPENING
AP CALLED THE ELECTION!!!!!!!!!!
To have the legislatures select their own electors, something they’re too pussy to do on their own.
This has been debunked. CNN told me so.
Can some American Pedes plz explain the significance of this for us Australian and Euro Pedes so we can understand and marvel in awe at how clever American political system actually is?

Sticky, thank you ModPede :)

LOVE MY STATE
The pride is overwhelming. Truly. Gah dam I love this place so fucking much.
Never Change! Texas is the heart of America!
Excepting Houston, Dallas and the peoples Republic of Austin....
I have a feeling that Houston and Dallas only look Democrat because of election fraud.
If there is a UNIVERSITY there, it is cuck. Even A&M and BAYLOR have fallen to the dark side.
So glad I"m up in the wee hours to see the glory! Thank you based Texas!
Maan Texas is so fucking cool. Isn't it just the best?
Texas is America
Texas is brilliant for doing this. They are always talking about secession. If the constitution is now void and 6 corrupt state elections get to decide the president then Texas could make a strong case to leave the union.
I would go to texas
This is awesome. Texas is saying this is America’s Alamo.
So why only Texas? Where is Florida at?
I don't know. Seems like many states could want on this... Say around 32
Why not Arizona
Did arizona change its rules by circumventing the constitutionally appointed legislature, or did they just have cheating?
Go Texas, ye Fucking Beauties............. Love from an Irish Pede.....
Thank you my fellow Irish Pede!
Everybody:
Texas: ok ill fucking do it
there's only 2 things that come out of texas steers and queers AND WE ARE ALL OUT OF THE LATER!!
I’m behalf of Texas....HELP! Illegals and transplants are killing us.
Thank you, Cruz and Thank You, A.G. Paxton!!!
Two more among a growing crowd of MAGA heroes.
Texans love Texas and America!!
Watch SC weasel out of deciding merits by ruling Texas has no standing, it suffered no injury or it had to sue before the election.
If you live in Indiana, we are urging our elected servants to join with Texas to protect our voting rights.
Texas carrying the republic on its back at the moment.
God Bless Texas
Any legal pedes know if other states could join in with Texas? Similar to a class action lawsuit?
GET YOUR STATE TO JOIN TEXAS’ LAWSUIT- CONTACT YOUR STATE’S ATTORNEY GENERAL! 🇺🇸 📣 ⚖️ 🏛 ⚖️ 📣 🇺🇸
(your state's attorney responsible for filing the lawsuits)
Find them here:
https://www.usa.gov/state-attorney-general
We each should call our state attorney general and legislators to push them to join Texas in this lawsuit.
Texas, riding to the defense of our Republic.
Of course I can't anything on google. Can a fellow pede get some sauce please?
