I’m thought I recognized this photo. I’m not linking snipes or archiving it. It’s their debunking that Texas can fly their flag as high as the USA flag. If I recall, they refer to Texas as a quisi-semi republic. Lol. I’m sure about the flag code. I just recall because much like Mexico, who got their independence from Spain after Texas did, Snopes apparently does not recognize that Texas was once an independent nation. Mexico post Spain has been butt hurt a long time. Shocker than Snopes doesn’t side with Mexico or Texas in that war. Also....America paid for the land we got after Mexico tried to take Texas back and they desperately needed the money. Also, no Mexicans were made to move. They were allowed to become US US citizens. The natives got a fuckin but better than the Spaniards did them. They are rolling in oil and casinos and crap today. Might want to to consult that tribal counsel about where that cash is going.

This case is not dependent of voting fraud, but political fraud in enacting the electoral changes by UNCONSTITUTIONAL MEANS leading to 14th Amendment violations.
Because it is a dispute among States, SCOTUS has Original Jurisdiction rather than Appellate Jurisdiction.
SCOTUS only has to grant the request from TEXAS. But if SCOTUS PASSES, INDEPENDENCE is the answer!
