IMO after reading a lot of different takes from Jerome Corsi, basically this can be done in a matter of hours IF they hear the case.
I'm not sure how the timeline works, but from my understanding it's very likely that the Justices already have their arguments prepared. They just need to agree to hear the case.
They decide if they want to hear the case or not, but I'm not sure how this works now that's it an actual state doing the lawsuit.
