^ confirmed. I believe the inference is that if other state has been shown to have voter fraud it effectively dilutes a proportion of all remaining states votes in a presidential election. This allows ANY other state to lodge this complaint, not just Texas. This aside, Judge Alito's decision today is pivotal. If he grants a 'stay' pausing Pennsylvania from progressing with electors it's likely Pennsylvania's electoral votes will be voided or add further time to allow a meaningful investigation and extend deadlines. Likely also that if he grants a stay, other states will file similar suits. This would be a massive WIN from Trump and also provides a good indication of how seriously SCOTUS is viewing allegations of fraud. To me, Alito's interest in taking on this case screams NOT SO FAST YOU COMMIE TRAITORS! - Trump is gonna wreck these traitorous mofos when he's elected.

True. SCOTUS also knows that Dems talking about packing the court will make their role redundant. I suspect/hope Alito will make additional recommendations i.e. State wide audit + investigations and prosecutions for subversion. Could happen. Also sets precedence for other States, could well see a snowball effect here. The first domino may well be about to topple.
