Just to be clear and accurate, Ohio brought a friend-of-the-court brief on Nov 9 in the Pa suit. They did not, and have not, joined a any suit against another state about mail in ballots. Nobody is forgetting Ohio, because Ohio hasn’t done anything all that noteworthy. Now is their shot.
