According to Jay Sekulow the supreme court has to take this case under grounds of "Original Jurisdiction." Basically a bad election in one state dilutes the election for every state

And then what? A new election?

I would guess the most likely result would be that it gets kicked to a Congressional vote

The Republican state legislators take charge and send their electorals to Trump.

I like Sekulow.

Only thing is, I think the Supreme Court will probably agree to hear just one election-related case. So, let's hope they pick up the best one and let's hope we grab it. Alito has already shown some receptivity to the merits when he asked PA to separate their mail in ballots, but this isn't quite the same thing as a majority victory. We'll see. It's tough when the fraud is so damn strong but hyper political lower courts are throwing them out and higher courts are rejecting jurisdiction.
