Yep once a large enough number of dominion machines show to be "faulty", courts will HAVE to allow further investigation into other states.

Fourth generation Californian here. I left 20 years ago for the sweet sunny south and most of my family has followed, but I have one cousin left in CA. He bought a house in Huntington Beach 10 years ago and received mail in ballots for damn near every previous owner of the house.
