Texas(any part: Governor, A.G., Statehouse, citizens, biz, etc.) cannot sue Georgia officials(any part: Governor, A.G., Statehouse, etc.) over how the State of Georgia did things.
This violates the basic foundations in our Republic.
This would mean the whole legal concept of States becomes weakened, and is the marxist-globalist internal USA version of open-borders aka no borders. Or State sovereignty.
This is the game played by most SCOTUS cases/lawyers, so even if the headline is a "winning" ruling, the devil in th details erodes the Republic and moves the goalposts for the next round of law & case law.
Redpill flashbacks: SCOTUS basically said in Bush v Gore, we're out of time, this is a one-off case, do not cite. My comment here 20 days ago in RUDY PA Court, has the sauce: https://thedonald.win/p/11Q8urdISD/x/c/1BkVBayCgP
