True, we don't want politicized courts. But that's part of the problem. We have a thoroughly compromised Chief Justice. Just getting a case before the court as we know is something of a political circus. All we demand is the right to be heard and the Constitution applied, that is true for any case that infringes on or abridges our rights. I absolutely agree with you.
