GA activist judges will just toss this on some flimsy grounds but I'm sure Trump is fully aware of this and will had deliver an appeal to SCOTUS. At this point don't count on ANY state "Republican". A lot of them are showing there true colors as abject cowards. PA has a few based legislators but when the rubber meets the road that's where they put up or shut up.
With Powell's case being tossed yesterday the judge pretty much said only the candidate has standing to bring that suit in Federal court. A few hours later, the candidate, our favorite POTUS, files this suit. Almost like they know what's gonna happen? They have to hear it now otherwise they're contradicting themselves. If they do contradict themselves then it's much easier to go to SCOTUS.
Agreed, but time is really running out for us to take the individual states back and with so many Chyna bough Republicans showing themselves as they cock blocking us at every turn is a problem. These RINO's are trying to run out the clock but I don't think the big win is in the individual states but at the SCOTUS level to toss out unconstitutional fuckery on a wholesale level thus assuring Trump the win he already has.
