An observation virtually everyone here will have made or will make is that all the diversity tokens on the left are absolutely abhorrent.

There are a multitude of reasons for this.

• The left are so afraid of being called racist they do racist things like not hold foreigners to the same standard, both filtering for the worst and also failing to properly provide the proper feedback required for foreigners to rise up to the level.
• They often do it on purpose. If they can put someone incompetent who is also black in play then it's unavoidable bait. When you point out they're incompetent just as you would anyone else the left then piles into their rescue accusing everyone of racism.

No matter what identity someone is from, you can be sure that overall on the right they adhere to a far higher standard.

Although the left screams on that it loves POC, etc this is not really the case. If they purge white people from boards of directors to put in POC this is what you'll observe...

• The white people at the top of the list to go will be disproportionately of a certain political leaning.
• If you're black and want to go into a board of directors but you're openly not a left wing fanatical identitarian expect to be treated as even less eligible than a straight white male of the liberal type that is strangely more pro-black and anti-white than the typical black person.
