If other states (even the fly overs) start submitting their own lawsuits then it would put a lot of pressure on SCOTUS.

Why aren't they or why can't they?

Editing this to include the PDF link to the case. https://anonfiles.com/xcKfWfw4p9/487348469-TX-v-State-Motion-2020-12-07-FINAL_pdf

Maybe they had to wait until safe harbor day? Part of the reason may be that they dont realize they have this power. It would not surprise me if some states did join Texas. Look for FL at least to join.

Same here. I would expect most of the big red states and the fly overs to join up. It might be laughable if it's just North Dakota, but if you combine all the states together then it would be enormous pressure on SCOTUS to intervene.

Texas got them big iron balls to do so first. Hopefully it'll drag across the other states to do the same.

I thought Pennsylvania was sued by at least six states, like, several weeks ago. What's the difference here, other than the fact that Texas is suing all of the states.

Really? Can you give me a source for that. I thought it was just individuals, from other states. Thanks in advance. I think this one is big because it's the actual State.

Maybe I'm wrong. Attempting to look but only see six states sued the UPS.

Per some of the big wig at StopTheSteal. They got 4 other states chambered and ready to go.

Its the cascade. Now that someone has lead the charge, others will follow.

They can/might?

They had better, I'm doing the rounds contacting state's reps. There is no reason that most states shouldn't join this case.
