I am a Florida resident and registered voter. I urge you to join the Texas suit before the Supreme Court, against Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.
These four states acted to disenfranchise every Florida voter by violating the Constitution. First, they violated the Electors Clause in Article II of the Constitution by changing the rules without going through the legislature. Second, they violated the 14th Amendment Equal Protection Clause of the Constitution by handling the election differently from county to county.
Again, I urge you to stand up against these illegal acts in order to make sure we have a fair, legal and honest election. Ensure that Florida’s voters are not so disenfranchised. If these other states can successfully violate the Constitution now, they will do so again and again. This must not stand.

They can file separately and wait for SCOTUS to consolidate the cases. If the cases are similar (and they likely will be), SCOTUS will no doubt consolidate. Or they can apply to be enjoined to the Texas case.

Please consider filing a brief in support of Texas suit at the SCOTUS. TX is standing up for Constitutional validity in the election process. As you are well aware many election irregularities remain unsolved. There were clear violations of the US Constitutional by these states in implementing election rules that had not been prescribed by the respective state's Legislature.
It is necessary to join TX in this suit to prevent the disenfranchisement of voters from this and other States that did conduct a Constitutionally valid election.
