Just grates on me seeing the same comment over and over when he mentions 230. Surely he must have legal advisors discussing 230 with him at length by now. Then again he's surrounded by swamp, so who knows.
Exactly. I'm not with trump on this, removing 230 would place liability on websites for user content. So there would BE no more user content.
What I hope is that Trump doesn't understand the minutia and he incorrectly is stating to abolish the entire thing, when what he really means is removing 230 protections for specific entities like FB and twitter.

It just gives more power to big tech and smaller independent apps like Parler would not exist.
