If this election makes it to SCOTUS, can we get to the point than SCOTUS rules an election without proof of the person voting is a violation of the constitution, forcing states to confirm voting with photo IDs?
Is there a chance that this election could make every election from this point forward more secure?
They could just pass a bill that refuses government funding if Voter ID cards are mandated. They have done this in the past for other things.
