As resident of the great state of Florida and a citizen of the United States of America I urge you to join Texas in filing suit against Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin. By making last minute non-legislative decisions that flew in the face of their state Constitutions they allowed their citizenry to become overwhelmed with ballots. In addition to the indiscriminate mass mailing of ballots they recklessly abandoned lawful, procedural controls in regard to receiving, validating and counting votes. In doing so not only have these states disenfranchised the legal votes of their own citizens, they have disenfranchised the legal votes cast by Floridians and citizens across our nation. As governor of the great state of Florida you have a duty to defend the votes of your citizenry.
