I love winning everyday. I look forward to too much winning soon. I’ll think to myself maybe it’s too much winning but then I’ll remember that there cannot be too much winning.
But but but super duper double certified Pressydent Erect Joepedo picked out a shelter pet for THE WHITEHOUSE , Fox news told me so why would they lie ?????
"But your lawsuit is too late, you should have filed it years ago." The people: "Well your corrupt Judges dismissed lawsuits saying the plaintiffs had to wait to be injured first to have standing."
I think that was the only good thing this skeleton has done in his entire life. I bet they paid a CCP consultant 500,000 dollars American for that idea! Maybe he needs to let someone else have that dog now. Unless they allow them in SuperMax.
You may be on to something... If fraud reveals that POTUS actually got enough votes to beat Biden twice, then can POTUS serve two terms concurrently, with DOUBLE PRESIDENT POWER?
The President can now veto a bill that has not yet even been brought to a vote in the House or Senate
It only requires 25 Senators to confirm the President's appointments
It requires 134 Senators to override the President's veto or executive orders
The President can snap his fingers like Castro and a helicopter drone will immediately "take [his target] for a ride."
Overbloating of bills and tacking on totally unrelated shit like pay raises needs to end. One bill, one law, one issue. Just go ahead and declare paperclips and staplers as illegal contraband at the capitol building.
Exactly right. Here in Wa we the peeps have voted to have a flat rate of $30 tabs for vehicles multiple times and it gets rejected because there is more than one issue in the bill.
We even had it for a limited time before it was illegally taken from us.
Totally legit to charge you $150 for tabs annually on that old pickup you use for dump runs. Lick da ballz
An aid bill should be required to only give money to one thing per bill. Yes that means there will have to be way more bills and way more time to vote, but that's better than spending a long time doing nothing.
Line item veto. Reagan and Clinton both asked for it, but the SCOTUS said that it had to be done as a Constitutional Amendment, and it was dropped for the most part after that.
Some bills are only good if they're "whole". To be able to veto line by line my very well defeat the entire purpose of some bills and just be rife for abuse.
Let's say for example, we had a Republican House/Senate, and a Dem President. They make a voter ID bill with effectively three lines: " All US citizens must have a voter ID", "Voter ID will be provided for free to all Citizens once every 5 years", and then the concession made for Democrats to also be on board in the house/senate was: "Universal mail in ballots".
That bill passes and the Dem president vetos the "must have voter ID part".
Well now you have a bill that just allows mail in voting and does nothing else.
He can definitely shitpost in his father's shoes--that means he passes my first test. A few more years studying Dad as he cleans house and Jr. may in fact be ready for the big chair. But I'd like to see him hold a few other government jobs first. At least one term as a Senator or Representative, maybe: one of the big ones with big responsibilities and big liabilities.
Soon as I heard he defended Lon Horiuchi (the FBI faggot that killed Vicky Weaver, shot her son and also killed their dog at Ruby Ridge) I figured he was a cucked, Commie-loving faggot. He hasn't proven me wrong yet...and I heard he was stepping down. That tells me everything I need to know.
They don't make coats big enough for that fat tub of ass. Just wrap him in a circus tent and roll him down a hill toward the Potomac!
Disclaimer: If this all turns out to be subterfuge and Barr is NOT a swamp creature, then I retroactively withdraw these claims and will get to work sewing Barr a really big coat.
Same here, I've talked lot of shit about Barr not doing anything but if it turns out he's MAGA I will hand feed that glorious bastard KFC while wearing a gold bikini .
There's so much fog of war in this conflict, deceptions and feints on top of subterfuges on top of misdirections with a healthy dose of confusion and discord. No matter how much time we spend studying and following politics, it's just not possible to understand all of it at the same time.
I really hope Barr ends up being a good guy. He has a great face and he triggers the shit out of lefties so easily.
Im starting to wonder why they keep trying to investigate this guy over the years. Whether the investigations are legitimate or not makes me wonder if they just don't like how he operates.
92 pages of based Constitutional examples and proof that the named states did NOT follow their own rules, usurped power from their state legislators (who make the rules) and violated the US Constitution. Thus causing damage / harm to Texas.
I'm waiting for the UK to ask our help getting rid of the globalists. Similar situation. They are like our stuffy uncle. For all the past troubles and rivalry, family is family. Don't like to see family getting brutalized by jihadis.
It's really vague in my memory, but wasn't there one other state that started a lawsuit against PA or MI? I can't remember which state it was or what happened.
I think ridz is referring to the states named in the lawsuits, who are saying throwing out the fraudulent elections disenfranchises their own voters while ignoring the disenfranchised voters from other states.
I don't think he's saying Texas is ignoring disenfranchised voters in other states who have not brought legal action.
It does. This is a case Rudy could never bring, and it's just as powerful - if not more powerful, than the case for citizen Trump being denied a fair win. Which is pretty damn powerful.
I'm still kind of in shock that Texas did this. This changes everything - IF the SCOTUS hears it. I'm not a Constitutional lawyer, so I don't know if the SCOTUS could pass this one up, considering the content of the motion. A state AG and his staff suing is a big fucking deal.
State vs State is SCOTUS original jurisdiction. There is some discretion, but it seems almost impossible to imagine they would decline a case of this magnitude. Typically, in these cases, SCOTUS will appoint a special "master" to hear arguments and briefs and then treat the case more like an appeal. The "master" will do fact finding, but SCOTUS does not have the same deference to these findings as they would give to the facts on an appeal. They do not have to follow this procedure. It is up to SCOTUS what SCOTUS does here.
Well AFAIK Texas is the only state that has a way to legally sucede from the union in our constitution, because we were a republic before joining the union. (It's incredibly difficult to get the votes to do, but there's a legal path there)
Interestingly, Texas is on a separate power grid from the rest of the country, produces more power than it consumes, and has seaports.
It definitely makes it worse for them. It can be pointed to as yet another example of one of the branches of government overstepping and breaking the law. SCOTUS said you must do this thing, and they chose to do the opposite. It shows that they were willfully ignoring laws to get what they wanted.
Defendant States also failed to segregate
ballots in a manner that would permit accurate
analysis to determine which ballots were cast in
conformity with the legislatively set rules and which
were not. This is especially true of the mail-in ballots
in these States. By waiving, lowering, and otherwise
failing to follow the state statutory requirements for
signature validation and other processes for ballot
security, the entire body of such ballots is now
constitutionally suspect and may not be legitimately
used to determine allocation of the Defendant States’
presidential electors.
Because at this point one thing we’ve learned is that bringing a lawsuit to court is nothing to get excited about. It’s what the judge(s) have to say about it that matters.
We’re about to find out if SCOTUS is still an American institution.
We’re about to find out if SCOTUS is still an American institution.
It goes further than that, we're about to find out if the constitution even means anything anymore and if this is still a republic of the United States.
Is this really ‘guaranteed’ though? There are some serious house RINO’s and we need to be ready to put the fear of god in them, because the left will already be burning down cities and they’ll have a lot of pressure from the other side.
Being a native Californian, every person I know that fled the state to Texas were ALL staunch conservatives... its mostly red counties in CA that are losing the residents. Sucks for CA, but its great for the states they flee to.
Kern, San Bernandino, Fresno, Tulare, Orange (kind of) are all losing residents because the state is making it unlivable to be a conservative. My Significant other and I are both Californians moving to Tennessee 1, so we can buy property, and 2 so we can enjoy our lives without government impeding 25/8
Orange is definitely bleeding residents. I know many that have and are leaving for TX and ID. The weather is great but cost of living is ridiculous and traffic is shit. Add the CA laws, regulations and policies into the mix and it is just not worth it to many people.
We’re heading to Idaho after 37 years born and raised in SoCal. 2020 was the last straw. This state is too far gone, does not uphold the rule of law, yet lets the Governor and health officials ruin livelihoods with unconstitutional edicts.
God bless. CA is a beautiful state, it breaks my heart. We will be back to visit friends and family and enjoy the natural beauty. But we will not raise our daughters here.
The weather and natural beauty are kind of a curse because people will always want to be there for that. So the dems can do whatever they want bc people will pay to live there.
Orange County resident here. Been here a decade since serving on Camp Pendleton. Texas, Nevada and Florida all have their perks and are looking better everyday.
Move to Texas and help us vote against the commie scourge infesting our major cities. Central Texas has great weather and pretty much every industry and job you could look for.
I am currently waiting for at lest 12 weeks, i think that is because of gun stock though honestly. Everything got bought out when joe biden was declared media elect president.
SF bleeding people, too - but it's not staunch conservatives. It's tech workers and CEOs. The rats are fleeing. But that's SF, it's become so unlivable in that city there's no choice but to bug out, liberal or conservative.
I was comparing house prices from upscale neighborhoods in some other cities to just random neighborhoods in La, San Fran, etc. and my god it's not even close. Not to mention the insane taxes!
If I didn't rent a room from a family I met through church, the city I live in has an average income of 250,000 per year with and Average home price of 2.5 million. The taxes are absolutely insane, bordering on the levels of Connecticut or Mass. Also, being a teacher in California is truly a crime, as teachers are merely operatives in an indoctrination campaign.
I am a teacher in Cali. We are criminally stupid as a group. The law, bought by the union, shields us from 99.9% of the things that would be criminal elsewhere, especially the complete failure to hold children to any historical educational standard.
Ah fellow educator! I am currently working on my masters of ed so that I can leave this state with a higher salary elsewhere. The only reason I wanted my credential to be from California in the first place is so that it is accepted so widely everywhere else
Consider that it could also be a negative. I’m involved in hiring and firing and I’m very careful about people from liberal states or with degrees from liberal colleges. I live in a very conservative area and liberals aren’t very good for team cohesion. Around here a teaching degree from California would raise red flags, unwarranted or not.
Fellow pedes behind the same enemy lines! I’m not a teacher but my wife is!
She’s not an NPC liberal but still hasn’t been redpilled yet. Waiting on events to come to slowly ease her into it... just been dropping little nuggets to chew on here and there. She’s way busy teaching online, grading, and rec letters right now... barely have time to connect at the end of the “workday” as it is.
Be aware, CA teacher salaries are high, but not relative to the cost of living. You may make fewer or the same dollars elsewhere, but it will go way the fuck further. I'm sure you know that though.
Also, take ALL CalPers or CalSTRS $$ with you when you leave. Roll it into a 401k or an IRA - that pension system will fold and you will be left with pennies on the $ if anything at all.
Wife was a teacher, we took everything and left. Fuck that shithole.
As someone who spent an 11 year sentence in CA before moving to FL, I can give you some direct comparisons to provide clarity. TL;DR first - You pay for the whole menu in CA, in FL you pay a la carte. The public employee unions run Sacramento and it doesn't matter if you are R or D, if you do anything against them, they will spend you out of office immediately. Public employee unions are just operations that launder taxpayer dollars (via union dues and other things) into the pockets of liberal politicians.
Car registration in CA: $430/yr Same car in FL: $85
Drivers license in CA: 9 weeks by mail In FL: Real ID printed on the spot
House in FL was 60% more sq. ft. for 1/3 the cost of CA
Property taxes in FL (including CDD): within $500 (higher rate in FL, real dollars almost the same)
Guns: Lost in a boating accident on way to CA Miraculously recovered and quickly obtained CCW in FL
There is a 3 year cycle in CA where they threaten to fire teachers, then Police, and then firefighters. The tax increases are to pay operating costs and salaries because the pension funds are a fucking disaster. A plunging market will destroy the state of CA and they will have hands out screaming for bailouts. Beware the next recession.
State income taxes in CA: 13% State income taxes in FL: 0% - YUGE raise
Cops in CA do not respond to crimes. If you call and say someone has broken into your home they'll ask if they are still inside. If not, they tell you to come to the station to file a report. If they are inside, they'll be there in an hour. CA cops are perfect at revenue generation. Sitting at the bottom of a mountain/hill hidden on the side of a freeway waiting for someone doing 7 mph over? All over that. Miss your parking meter by 3 minutes, ticket already on your window. Policing is about generating revenue, not public safety in CA.
You pay fees and taxes on everything all the time in CA, in FL is usually a use tax/fee. Don't want to pay, don't use the park, or service and you won't pay for it.
Homeless in CA: fucking everywhere, can't get away from them In FL (at least Tampa area): much less of a problem - rarely seen
It goes on and on and on. CA has great weather and is gorgeous, but literally everything else sucks. Its a case of boiling the Frog there. I didn't realize how bad it had gotten until I left and came back a year later. Then it hit me how much has changed in the time I was there, and I hadn't noticed. Now, during Santa Ana wind events they are turning people's power off. During a Santa Ana event the temps are between 100 and 110 (many times higher) in population areas. They just turn your power/AC off now because the infrastructure is so bad, the power lines "cause fires". It continues to plummet, that's why people are leaving.
I'll never forget, about a month after I moved to FL I said to my wife, "I'm so glad we moved back to the USA". Fuck CA, and fuck those people that voted themselves into that mess that move elsewhere and start voting to fuck those places up too. Arrogant narcissistic cocksuckers.
We have some of the highest taxes in the nation, yet have crumbling infrastructure. Our roads suck, our power grid regularly fails or is shut down due to fear of fire. You can’t do anything without a permit. We have single party rule, the State passes whatever legislation they like without any real debate. We do not enforce laws: illegal immigration, homelessness, rioting and vandalism all go unchecked. Meanwhile, law abiding citizens who are just trying to survive are persecuted by unconstitutional state and county health orders. The State is closing in on medical freedom, education freedom. They do not want you in charge of your own family. I could go on.
EDIT: I will go on
Constant erosion of 2A rights
Easing penalties on criminals, INCLUDING pedophiles
Cramming LGBTQA+WTF agenda down our collective throats
Cost of housing, cost of gas, cost of rent, state taxes that approach 13%. Unbelievable regulations, registration for vehicles is over 200 a year. Cost of food, cost of electricity, its bonkers. In thd summer here, a normal home running an AC to keep the home at 78-80 a month is 340-400 a month. CA is total shit because of all the fees and regulations.
$430 for an explorer registration in CA, same vehicle in FL was $85. See my other post detailing the real #s. CA is insane. Its either rich people or poor people. There are no middle class people.
I have a 2004 ford f150. Crew cab, but otherwise just a regular fucking truck. I paid $500 to register it. Another $300 to register a sedan. This state is absurd, and a slap in the face to regular people. Leaving as soon as possible.
2.) For those that want to read the differences between Redpilled Strictly-Constitutional Legal grounds vs what most cases do, here's my comment 40 days ago:
3.) Texas lawsuit is an abombinably, awful lawsuit. I could have told you what was in it back in 2000... Move the goalposts every 10-20 years. Just say no to Trojan Horses full of bluepills.
My bandwidth comms are heavily pinned down, why for years I've always great appreciation of u/txladyvoter transcribing rallies bc refreshing her comment history was about the only kind of data/info I could get through; even the rally post page comments wouldn't come in, too much data(but high energy! ;)
Correct. It is as swampy, deepstatey, power-career hungry, anti-Republic framework; as it comes. Eg The Patriot Act from/in 9/11 shock-depression-stress-preoccupation.
-Tell white women being a housewife is oppressive, but working for a big corporation is empowering.
-Tell them they can spend 25 years fucking around and then marry Mr. Perfect at age 39 and live happily ever after, i.e. the Sex in the City Big Lie.
-Ensure that smart white women in particular are the most likely to remove themselves from the gene pool in order to feed the System.
-Pump up their egos to unbearable levels, reward all their bad behavior, make divorce rape + false accusations par for the course so that the well is poisoned. Meanwhile, other races are allowed to beat women for real because "That's part of their culture".
-Make sure every mixed race couple on TV is black male + white female or vise versa. Make sure every white male on TV is either a beta, a loser or a creep, and every black male is an alpha.
-Use the welfare state as a selective breeding program for Idiocracy. Encourage women to effectively cuck all responsible taxpaying men. Reward all forms of degeneracy and short-term thinking.
-Complain that men aren't contributing anymore and we need to let in millions of Somali rocket scientists to prop up the economy.
-Put soy estrogen, aluminum, fluoride, and Bisphenol A in everything so that men become gay or trans while producing a population of docile, feckless and agreeable “men” who are easy to control.
-Set up this strange political alliance: Feminists + radical Muslims + Jewish billionaires + the Vatican + trannies. What do they all have in common? Hatred of the White Man, love of Big Government, and obsession with children's genitals!
-Promise that magic skittle-shitting rainbow-socialist unicorns will save the world if the entire third world invades the West and votes for free shit off the White Man's back.
-Feed Africa until it's more than half of the world's population and use them as an endless source of refugees, Commie votes, social degradation, Idiocracy etc.
The end goal is bifrcation of humanity into two species: A tiny sociopathic elite lording over a permanent underclass of human livestock, with less than half the IQ of the elites. Most people will live in a hellish global favela where everyone fights each other for scraps, and nobody will be smart enough to even figure out who the real enemy is, let alone organize against them. Meanwhile, the elite will live in opulence — fucking children, snacking on pineal glands, and ingesting Adrenochrome until the end of time.

I'm in Virginia. A 70-something year old couple moved in recently from California. Both are retired unix programmers from the Bay area. The husband has a long, grey pony tail. Pure commie hippies.
Or so I thought. I was walking by their house a few weeks ago and saw a huge TRUMP flag hanging in their garage. We're good friends now.
Suffrage should always have required some form of achievement or merit. Just not all paths to such centralized within one agency's purview, as that would be exploitable as fuck.
I am a native Californian and I moved to a "blue" region of Texas for work, but also to help keep it red. California is a geographically beautiful place, but the commies ruined it years ago. I will never live there again.
Texas is fucking awesome and should be kept that way. It is unlike any other place I've ever lived.
I grew up in Cali until my early teens, and visited it a while back before my folks moved away from it. It is so beautiful, some of the prettiest country in the USA - but I would never, ever, in a million years move back unless there were drastic changes. There are plenty of other beautiful places that are far more based where I can raise a family safely.
I'm in Texas and honestly I want to move somewhere else - or at least out of the area I'm in. The big cities of Texas are awful. I want to move back west, or at the very least farther west in Texas because I'm tired of the swamp, both literal and metaphorical.
I am very proud of what our state is doing right now though. God bless Texas, indeed.
Big cities anywhere suck. We live on the outskirts of a smaller town, but near to some big cities. I just want to move onto a big piece of a land with a modest house with my wife and chickens and future children.
I miss the mountains, and my job here is temporary so we will be moving soon, but this place will always have a special place deep in my heart.
Really all they got going for them is food diversity and I don't need to live in it to experience it. Other than that you're just paying a shit load more for less.
I long till I able to live in a small based town with property.
Their only purpose is honestly to consolidate white collar workers for office jobs. With everything leaning remote now I expect to see a huge surge in people moving from the expensive cities to cheaper rural areas.
Yep. You can always learn to cook good food yourself. My wife and I cook all sorts of amazing stuff at home. It's cheaper too. And almost always better if you do it correctly.
Can't wait to have more money and the ability to buy some land. It'll do wonders for us.
Oh I already cook for myself, I just need to find a butcher for decent sized bones to take my broths to the next level because I really love authentic Ramen and Pho over the cheap salt infused packets.
I have long maintained that every American should live at least one year of their life in Texas. You'd never settle for less when you go back to another state. I consider myself joint citizen of Texas and Virginia (Which also got cheated Election night again as always. Crooks)
I've had both this week, they're both good. In&Out is often called overrated, which is fair. Their burgers are not the best out there. But it's a very good value for fresh ingredients and a consistent burger and their fries are some people's idea of "just right", and the hidden menu items and options are probably what keep people coming back long term.
When I want a really good burger with bacon and a fried egg and other good shit like that, I don't go to fast food. I want steak fries and a pint of Sam Adams and I want to sit down at look at the waitress's ass when she comes and goes.
I was at a smaller one near Giddings last week. My husband and I weren’t wearing masks and this lady approached him and asked if anyone said anything to us when we walked in. He was like no, they aren’t going to say anything. Then we got to talking to her for a while about how all this is bullshit. She was still wearing her mask and I told her to take it off and reclaim her freedom. She was based, so hopefully we gave her courage to stop wearing it.
Then a couple days later we were at a large one outside of Houston on 290. It was packed and I only saw one other person without a mask. Still, no one said anything to us.
I have to say from much experience and travel to CA/TX, that most Breakfast Tacos of Texas don't hold a candle to most Breakfast Burritos of California.
Rudy's & Pappas come damn close, however. Plus, Texas has Kolaches.
Confession: Born in CA, my first trip to Texas I asked if they had any good tri-tip places, they said "WTF is tri-tip?"... I explained it was a cut of meat, they said "You mean brisket?" I said "WTF is a brisket?!"
Anyway, I've been successfully 100% converted to a brisket guy.
All the lefties I've met here in TX so far are native Texans! They seem to have no idea why this state is so good and it's because it's a solid RED state. And with all the vote cheating we've seen this year, I think it's more red than it showed.
I am in Williamson and I assure you I am chasing down the people I need to in order to ask for an audit of those machines. All Republicans down ballot won but for Trump and our Sheriff (who was under indictment.)
290,168 total votes for president
283,908 total votes for Senator (highest number voters for a seat down ballot)
Trump got fewer total votes than Cornyn.
That is 6260 ballots that only voted for the President.
Williamson went blue by 4066 votes for Biden over Trump.
The same thing happened in districts in Orange County just before I moved. Districts that had been red for decades and decades all suddenly went blue. I thought, this can't be right and had suspicions they might have cheated. But now in light of everything that's happened I'm convinced they definitely cheated.
I'm in Williamson, too. Those numbers do look very suspect.
Yeah, I'm in Wilco. My heart sank when I starting seeing all these Biden signs pop up. Supposedly this was one of the more conservative areas near Austin so I was pretty disappointed.
I actually got in a debate with a City Council candidate over her completely unscientific and fact-free support of mask mandates. She was totally uninformed, yet fine with using the government to infringe rights.
To see Williamson go blue was sad. Williamson and Hays.
Both have definitely been infected with people fleeing Austin and their commie bullshit, but then moving to suburbs and voting for the SAME commie bullshit they fled in Austin.
I will never understand that. To not be able to make the connection between cause and effect.
"This place is run by Dems and has gotten consistently worse every year. This conservative place is nice, we'll go there... and continue voting Democrat."
They really aren't a very bright group of people.
My kitchen is nice. There's no shit in my kitchen. Maybe instead of eating my dinner in the bathroom, I'll eat my dinner in the kitchen. But of course when I go to my kitchen, I fully intend to shit there.
Just before I moved out here Austin OK'd homeless tent cities as long as they weren't in front of City Hall...
I thought, why in God's name would you model anything after the San Fran hellscape? It takes a special brand of stupid, and Austin has it in shocking surplus.
Amnesty was Reagan's poison pill to CA. It went blue overnight and never went back. Dems rose to permanent power and CA has steadily declined ever since.
Having 3-odd million Democrats injected into the state at once permanently overturned the will of California conservatives. I can't believe anyone celebrates Ronald Reagan, the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 permanently gave Democrats upward of 20.3% of the 270 electoral votes they need to elect a President. For. Free. Plus the vaccine thing!
I want to but I can’t yet... SoCal is still the Mecca (ironically) of available Jewish women.. and I’m still single. But once I settle down I will hopefully move to Texas and have a humongous conservative family.
Every Californian I know that's moved east into AZ, NV, TX, NM, and OK have been conservatives who left because they wanted to be allowed to own guns again! Myself included!
We should get ALL of our AGs, particularly in red states to get a filing done TODAY, as today is the safe-harbor deadline... whatever that really means?
The American people need to see states use their legal authority to defend and represent the legal votes for Trump in the 2020 election. 5,668,731 Floridians voted for Trump in this election, please be their voice and yield your power to represent them. Surveys have shown that the majority of Republican voters believe there was vote supression and manipulation. With these states not allowing audits, what are they trying to hide? These states are stealing our votes from us in the state of Florida.
The Supreme Court must preserve their integrity by ruling for Trump. But it is up to us to see to it that they are put in that position. This requires Governors of good will to take action.
I don't disagree that the safe-harbor deadline is largely irrelevant to our legal battles ahead.
...But are you seriously suggesting that the Electoral Count Act (federal law that establishes the safe-harbor date) is somehow a work of communist actors? It was passed by a GOP senate and a Dem house in 1887...
Hmm, I haven't heard this angle. How was our Republic lost in 1907 (or thereabouts)? I've heard some people say this about the New Deal, but that wouldn't exist for nearly three decades.
Theodore was the Trump of the 20th century. The Communist establishment was stacked against him and once they ousted him they cemented their rule with the Federal Reserve 16th and 17th Amendments.
This is a really well-done lawsuit. I haven't read all of it just yet but this looks like it's been in the works since Thanksgiving. It intentionally points out that the Constitition doesn't matter if these enormous violations are allowed to stand.
It obviously means the federation is on the line if states themselves feel the need to protect their rights. Why should they respect the outcome of presidential elections when other states violate their own constitutions for the gain of one candidate to the detriment of other states that maintained fair elections.
The lawsuit from Texas is NOT about voter fraud. These four states were the only ones violating their own constitutions. Voter fraud is on top of that all (in more than these four states, like in AZ and NV). And the Dominion fraud comes on top of that in 28 states or something.
Not sure about AZ but NV isn’t included because they did it through their state legislatures correctly. Not saying their voter rolls were clean (they weren’t) but they did it through the legislatures Acc to Robert Barnes.
BILL OF COMPLAINT
Our Country stands at an important crossroads. Either the Constitution matters and must be followed, even when some officials consider it inconvenient or out of date, or it is simply a piece of parchment on display at the National Archives. We ask the Court to choose the former.
Lawful elections are at the heart of our constitutional democracy. The public, and indeed the candidates themselves, have a compelling interest in ensuring that the selection of a President—any President—is legitimate. If that trust is lost, the American Experiment will founder. A dark cloud hangs over the 2020 Presidential election.
Here is what we know. Using the COVID-19 pandemic as a justification, government officials in the defendant states of Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (collectively, “Defendant States”), usurped their legislatures’ authority and unconstitutionally revised their state’s election statutes. They accomplished these statutory revisions through executive fiat or friendly lawsuits, thereby weakening ballot integrity. Finally, these same government officials flooded the Defendant States with millions of ballots to be sent through the mails, or placed in drop boxes, with little or no chain of custody1 and, at the same time, weakened the strongest security measures protecting the integrity of the vote—signature verification and witness requirements.
Presently, evidence of material illegality in the 2020 general elections held in Defendant States grows daily. And, to be sure, the two presidential candidates who have garnered the most votes have an interest in assuming the duties of the Office of President without a taint of impropriety threatening the perceived legitimacy of their election. However, 3 U.S.C. § 7 requires that presidential electors be appointed on December 14, 2020. That deadline, however, should not cement a potentially illegitimate election result in the middle of this storm—a storm that is of the Defendant States’ own making by virtue of their own unconstitutional actions.
This Court is the only forum that can delay the deadline for the appointment of presidential electors under 3 U.S.C. §§ 5, 7. To safeguard public legitimacy at this unprecedented moment and restore public trust in the presidential election, this Court should extend the December 14, 2020 deadline for Defendant States’ certification of presidential electors to allow these investigations to be completed. Should one of the two leading candidates receive an absolute majority of the presidential electors’ votes to be cast on December 14, this would finalize the selection of our President. The only date that is mandated under the Constitution, however, is January 20, 2021. U.S. CONST. amend. XX.
Against that background, the State of Texas (“Plaintiff State”) brings this action against Defendant States based on the following allegations:
This seems pretty reasonable to me. It isn't asking to flip electors, but instead to delay the Dec 14th deadline on appointing electors until the mess is resolved in these 4 states.
If the SCOTUS picks this up, it is fairly reasonable for them to grant this request.
The real home run would be if they dictate HOW the mess is to be resolved, either by granting the legislatures of these states the ability to directly appoint electors, or by prescribing that only LEGAL votes cast under the law BEFORE the COVID executive and court orders removed safe guards for voters.
I somehow doubt these states that have been destroying and concealing evidence for the past month would somehow be able to even identify legal votes cast legally. The house of representatives will have to resolve this.
"Oh, we screwed up and did things poorly. Guess we will have to allow the election fraud to pass through." I don't think that excuse works after fifth grade.
Very well written besides a few typos. (In b4 TYPOS REEE)
I think today is like Gandalf cresting the hill at dawn at Helms Deep, and charging down the hill at the orcs nearly killing all of humankind essentially
I thought it was a typo when they said the American Experiment will founder. I thought they meant flounder, but founder means to fill with water and sink.
Every other AG in every other state that had clean, transparent and legal voting that followed their own laws needs to get on board with this docket.
The states of Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia and Wisconsin are disenfranchising the legal votes at the federal level for President which is the violation of the equal protection clause in the Constitution.
This is how we are going to win. The left is going to lose their minds and I am going to laugh my ass off.
I don't want a lawsuit, I just want what I want! I want Trump to show himself as the God Emperor of Mankind and lead us on a 10,000 year crusade to reunite the lost colonies of Man and defeat the forces of Choas!
5 states fucked up really bad and ignored their own constitution, they let people who shouldn't be in charge make the rules and gave preferential treatment to areas with higher democrat populations.
All of the things they did went against the US constutution, and therefore disenfranchised our voters and just generally pissed everyone off.
Throw out those votes and lets move on - the legal way.
.... That's my understanding. I won't be offended if anyone corrects me.
"Either the Constitution matters and must be followed, even when some officials consider it inconvenient or out of date, or it is simply a piece of parchment on display at the National Archives. We ask the Court to choose the former."
Really, I just hope this results in a new template for elections.
Coming from a tech background, if I were to design an election process, the very first thing I would do is set requirements and rules for who is ineligible to vote (dead, minors, felons, AND NON-CITIZENS). Then I would constantly check and update those databases. Next I cross reference people that have residences in multiple states.
If the SCOTUS could give us guidance and allow us to have something that states cannot infringe on, that would make a huge difference.
It will set a fire under our ass so that our kids and our kids kids never have to deal with this 4th branch of government and the election rigging and the buttload of treason. Onward!
"The probability of former Vice President Biden winning the popular vote in the four Defendant States—Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin—independently given President Trump’s early lead in those States as of 3 a.m. on November 4, 2020, is less than one in a quadrillion, or 1 in 1,000,000,000,000,000. For former Vice President Biden to win these four States collectively, the odds of 7that event happening decrease to less than one in a quadrillion to the fourth power (i.e., 1 in 1,000,000,000,000,0004)."
Currently seeking declaration that these states conducted their elections unconstitutionally; the electors be declared unconstitutional; enjoin these states from using the election results to appoint electors; call for special election to appoint presidential electors; enjoin states from meeting to appoint electors until further order of the court.
"Either the Constitution matters and must be followed, even when some officials consider it inconvenient or out of date, or it is simply a piece of parchment on display at the National Archives. We ask the Court to choose the former."
I’m glad an AG finally took a stand. I’ve been pushing for that on the Donald and also bothered my red state AG to do it (it would have politically benefitted her as well, but I guess politicians have to get permission from CNN and Twitter first).

Intrastate differences in the treatment of voters, with more favorable allotted to voters - whether lawful or unlawful - in areas administered by local government under DEMOCRAT CONTROL and with populations higher than other areas of Defendant states.
The case is sound at law. Either the Supreme Court majority belives in the Law, Constitution, and the Republic or they are LARPING cowards who wish to live the rest of their lives in shame and submission under CCP rule in the hopes they will be left alone.
Texas acts a s a de facto check/balance on the federal government and other states. Thank God for a.place where American culture and the constitution is still celebrated!

I don't give a damn, we're gonna keep winning! Make America great again!
No its not enough, we need to win mooooore, we're going to win moooooooore.
We're going to win so much, you're going to get sick of winning!
MORE WIN YOUR BODY HAS ROOM FOR!!!
I love winning everyday. I look forward to too much winning soon. I’ll think to myself maybe it’s too much winning but then I’ll remember that there cannot be too much winning.
insert Trump on Golfcart gif here!!
I bet the comment sections would be even more hilarious if we could put gif or pics in it.
We won by a lot
But but but super duper double certified Pressydent Erect Joepedo picked out a shelter pet for THE WHITEHOUSE , Fox news told me so why would they lie ?????
That dog loves America more than JoePedo. Way more.
Joe will fuck America more than he'll fuck that dog. A little more.
"But your lawsuit is too late, you should have filed it years ago." The people: "Well your corrupt Judges dismissed lawsuits saying the plaintiffs had to wait to be injured first to have standing."
Suck on those lemons Commies.
I think that was the only good thing this skeleton has done in his entire life. I bet they paid a CCP consultant 500,000 dollars American for that idea! Maybe he needs to let someone else have that dog now. Unless they allow them in SuperMax.
Joe's Chinese pals are gonna eat that dog
"I ain't got time to bleed..."
I also don't have time to reeee
You got time to duck?
Having played a lot of poker professionally this statement is very true.
Three Scoops
Increased national cucumber production
I don't like that personally.
The answer is ”line item veto”
Yes but four scoops
Four Terms
You know, I can just eat a cucumber like it was an apple. Does that make me a weird or bad person? They're so refreshing and crunchy.
My oldest does the same he will eat a whole one with dinner. We can never grow enough.
Lifetime presidency, like a SCOTUS Justices.
But since Dims cheated in multiple States, Trump can pass on the presidency to his first born son.
Oh Doth, I could feel the Vulcan Mind Meld and it was good
I need a ciggy
Trump always looks like he is losing right before he wins.
Stop! We’ve already won! :(.....
*Again, Again! :-)
Found GEOUTUS account
Well... TOO FUCKING BAD! You'll win and you'll like it!
But what if he's allergic to winning?
Extra benadryl STAT. He may also want to be carefully of Salt avalanches. I recommend having extra popcorn and tendies at the ready.

"I don't give a damn!"
I see a man qualified to take Barr's job (and his coat)
Soon as I heard he defended Lon Horiuchi (the FBI faggot that killed Vicky Weaver, shot her son and also killed their dog at Ruby Ridge) I figured he was a cucked, Commie-loving faggot. He hasn't proven me wrong yet...and I heard he was stepping down. That tells me everything I need to know.
You're correct, Barr simply loved wearing his plaid skirts and blow hot air into his pipes....
I vehemently disagree. We’ve been told there was subterfuge and feints to explain a lack of action.
It might turn out not to be DisInFOrmAtion!!!!! but just plain old actual failure from Barr.
Replying so I can find this later..... for possible reasons........
Do you have a Y chromosome?
If so, please don't.
Kek :) I don't but even if I did comment still stands, I'm a true patriot 🇺🇸
If that disclaimer turns out to be the case I guess we will have to roll him uphill…
Short straw pushes from underneath!
And his KFC privileges

Never mind, he doesn't deserve that fate

Im starting to wonder why they keep trying to investigate this guy over the years. Whether the investigations are legitimate or not makes me wonder if they just don't like how he operates.
What does this mean, exactly?
My [uneducated] impression is that SCOTUS can now throw out the fraudulent votes in said states?
92 pages of based Constitutional examples and proof that the named states did NOT follow their own rules, usurped power from their state legislators (who make the rules) and violated the US Constitution. Thus causing damage / harm to Texas.
Hope other states join in the meantime.
Oklahoma will be first in line, for all the football smacktalk we do, Texas is big bro...don't mess with our bro.
Horns fan here bother i feel the same way think we can hitch a ride with you sooners to ride out and whoop some chi com ass
Count the whole damn SEC in
...not Missouri
Georgia needs to be officially kicked out of the SEC
What's wrong with Missouri? Our football and basketball teams are getting much better. Plus we have Josh Hawley
Uhhhh Missouri is the center of cuckery as far as universities go. They lead the safe space for goodness sake.
Hell yeah brother! Come on down i10
I'm waiting for the UK to ask our help getting rid of the globalists. Similar situation. They are like our stuffy uncle. For all the past troubles and rivalry, family is family. Don't like to see family getting brutalized by jihadis.
something seriously rotten in the UK.
Don't hold your breath there. The members of Parliament will never ask for help, that's just pure ego on their part. And it will be their downfall.
Oklahoma? I think you mean Occupied North Texas.
Haha, boom
It's really vague in my memory, but wasn't there one other state that started a lawsuit against PA or MI? I can't remember which state it was or what happened.
I believe you're thinking if Ohio's amicus brief in the Pennsylvania lawsuit. They weren't a party in the case but were offering up information.
Ah, thank you!
They can't sue on the behalf of other states. They're not blind, they're lawful.
I don't have time to read it. Does it actually say something along those lines? (It's what I've been saying for 4 weeks now)
What page?
Real close to the beginning. It's a good read.
I don't see how SCOTUS ignors this one. It's a State suing other States. The only court that has jurisdiction will be SCOTUS.
If SCOTUS Says the Republic no longer exists, Texas invokes its Constitutional secession rights in 3...2....1....
If I was a judge....
"So what you are saying The State of Texas will never accept another election as free and fair again under The United States?"
The response would be really. fucking. intriguing.
Get Florida to join
This. Texas don't fool around.
Secede, verb. Secession, noun.
Related to cede, as in"to cede a point", i.e. leave it behind.
Not trying to be a dick. It's really common for people to mistake or misspell the word, because of, you know, its pronunciation and spelling.
Yeah sorry, phone top
Not if PA mixed the ballots in. I know SCOTUS told them not to mix, but they had to send that command a second time.
This little trick won't save them.
I'd argue it makes it worse for them, "fraud vitiates everything"
It definitely makes it worse for them. It can be pointed to as yet another example of one of the branches of government overstepping and breaking the law. SCOTUS said you must do this thing, and they chose to do the opposite. It shows that they were willfully ignoring laws to get what they wanted.
This one trick makes Trump supporters so mad. Click to find out more.
That's part of the complaint.
If any state treated ballots differently than they did from one part to another, the case is made.
Interesting.
So what do you think SCOTUS will make of this?
Because at this point one thing we’ve learned is that bringing a lawsuit to court is nothing to get excited about. It’s what the judge(s) have to say about it that matters.
We’re about to find out if SCOTUS is still an American institution.
It goes further than that, we're about to find out if the constitution even means anything anymore and if this is still a republic of the United States.
Which judge decides Texas cases? There's your answer.
whaaaaa?
Is this really ‘guaranteed’ though? There are some serious house RINO’s and we need to be ready to put the fear of god in them, because the left will already be burning down cities and they’ll have a lot of pressure from the other side.
I would argue that it's not guaranteed but at least it would be legal under the Constitution. The disaster we have going on right now is neither.
My body is ready
Fuck you! Keep winning!!!
DON'T CALIFORNIA TEXAS!
Us too man!!! 32 years in CA. Luckily a red county. But my wife and child, mom and dad, all leaving. Considering northern Idaho, or Texas.
God bless. CA is a beautiful state, it breaks my heart. We will be back to visit friends and family and enjoy the natural beauty. But we will not raise our daughters here.
California will eventually collapse under it's own weight. Then, it can be rebuilt.
All of those states were on my list when I bailed out of California. I settled on Nevada to help swing that state back red!
Move to Texas and help us vote against the commie scourge infesting our major cities. Central Texas has great weather and pretty much every industry and job you could look for.
I couldn't live in CA. It's absolutely gorgeous but the people are too much for me. It downright makes me angry sometimes.
I just bought my first Gun a few weeks ago, I am still waiting for delivery, I bought it a month ago, they told me 12-16 weeks. I hate this state
I am currently waiting for at lest 12 weeks, i think that is because of gun stock though honestly. Everything got bought out when joe biden was declared media elect president.
Can do it immediately in MI.
SF bleeding people, too - but it's not staunch conservatives. It's tech workers and CEOs. The rats are fleeing. But that's SF, it's become so unlivable in that city there's no choice but to bug out, liberal or conservative.
I just feel sorry for other states having Facebook and Twitter fuckheads moving into their neighborhoods. Because you know what comes next:
"REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE YOU'RE NOT LIKE CALIFORNIA CHANGE EVERYTHING!"
I was comparing house prices from upscale neighborhoods in some other cities to just random neighborhoods in La, San Fran, etc. and my god it's not even close. Not to mention the insane taxes!
C’mon, just be sure to wipe all that blue shit off your shoes before you step on Tennessee soil.
I will set myself on true baptist fire before arriving. I have never voted Blue and never facking will.
Question from a Florida resident, how is living in California made unlivable
Arrogant narcissistic cocksuckers.
All I need to see to know that this man truly lived in California. Well said Pede, well said!
EDIT: I will go on Constant erosion of 2A rights Easing penalties on criminals, INCLUDING pedophiles Cramming LGBTQA+WTF agenda down our collective throats
WHAT! Is that for like a 1/2 ton pickup or are you talking big rigs?
I pay $78 for my 3/4 ton here in Texas and think that's too high, can't imagine $500.
Wait wtf. It costs me 90 a year for the registration on my car here in Ohio. And I thought that was too high lol.

My bandwidth comms are heavily pinned down, why for years I've always great appreciation of u/txladyvoter transcribing rallies bc refreshing her comment history was about the only kind of data/info I could get through; even the rally post page comments wouldn't come in, too much data(but high energy! ;)
Why thank you! It is my pleasure to assist!
The state of Texas lawsuit that everyone is excited about is awful?
Correct. It is as swampy, deepstatey, power-career hungry, anti-Republic framework; as it comes. Eg The Patriot Act from/in 9/11 shock-depression-stress-preoccupation.
This has absolutely nothing to do with the question that I asked the commenter above me. Why are you spamming this comming everywhere?
how is living in California made unlivable
Nice! Which part of TN?
More than likely Rutherford county. My SO wants to be close to Nashville but I refuse to live in Democrat run cities anymore.
I totally agree! My SO wants to live near Nashville, just for the city day trips and what not. For a visit I would love to see more of the state!
Up here in the State of Jefferson. By one way or another we will have our state...
I read this and knew exactly what you meant! I knew this reference! I think we sooner will have 5 californias than Jefferson sadly
Studies tend to show it's conservatives that are moving to Texas.
Conservatives don't like to hear it, but a major chunk of the erosion of the right is middle-class white women.
Karens are the biggest BLM supporters, the most woke demographic.
Texas lost a lot with white women, but gained with Hispanics, and African-Americans. Kinda hilarious.
So here is the plan:
You're right; but they will fail.
DEUS VULT
Well said brother
This is spot on, and 100% our future if the leftist globalists are not stopped here and now.
Damn, Zeus. You got some real heavy red pills to deliver.
Username checks out
Damn...after reading that...looking up to see uname....def checks out.
Cough universal suffrage was a mistake cough cough
Suffrage should always have required some form of achievement or merit. Just not all paths to such centralized within one agency's purview, as that would be exploitable as fuck.
Correct. Everyone that I know that has left the state is a die-hard conservative.
Ya that’s the hope which shouldn’t be to much since I’m a dev and my company has been hiring remote workers all over the country.
LOL I’m in downtown St Louis and our food diversity is currently Papa John’s or lead
Well lead poisoning would explain the increase in the mentally ill 😂
I live in a surburb of a city of about 150k. I want to move further into the country. With no neighbors.
I have long maintained that every American should live at least one year of their life in Texas. You'd never settle for less when you go back to another state. I consider myself joint citizen of Texas and Virginia (Which also got cheated Election night again as always. Crooks)
I am moving to texas January to help make sure texas stays red.
You will discover the wonders of HEB and Breakfast Tacos.
And you can ditch that trash called In-n-Out and start enjoying the GOAT that is Whataburger!
They don’t even have bacon
When I want a really good burger with bacon and a fried egg and other good shit like that, I don't go to fast food. I want steak fries and a pint of Sam Adams and I want to sit down at look at the waitress's ass when she comes and goes.
Is five guys open at 3am slinging HBCBs and taquitos??
No, but they're also not owned by a Chicago based investment group like whataburger is.
And Buc-ee’s!
Was at Bucees in temple on Sunday jammed pack and 50% mask wearer rate
I was at a smaller one near Giddings last week. My husband and I weren’t wearing masks and this lady approached him and asked if anyone said anything to us when we walked in. He was like no, they aren’t going to say anything. Then we got to talking to her for a while about how all this is bullshit. She was still wearing her mask and I told her to take it off and reclaim her freedom. She was based, so hopefully we gave her courage to stop wearing it.
Then a couple days later we were at a large one outside of Houston on 290. It was packed and I only saw one other person without a mask. Still, no one said anything to us.
Seconded. I was just at the Terrell location and it was the same way
It's no QuickTrip but it gets the job done.
And ranch on everything :)
I have to say from much experience and travel to CA/TX, that most Breakfast Tacos of Texas don't hold a candle to most Breakfast Burritos of California.
Rudy's & Pappas come damn close, however. Plus, Texas has Kolaches.
.... ok. Well Rudy's and Pappas has fantastic fake tacos then.
Rudy's breakfast tacos? Bruh
I tried to order a kolache when I was working in Boston one time. Everybody involved was confused. I had no idea no one else had them.
Barbacoa and Big Red
I welcome ALL pedes from any state.
I'll take a pede from CA over a commie from Houston any day!
All the lefties I've met here in TX so far are native Texans! They seem to have no idea why this state is so good and it's because it's a solid RED state. And with all the vote cheating we've seen this year, I think it's more red than it showed.
I've met some lefty carpetbaggers from out of state, but the most hardcore commie bastards I've met here in Texas are people from Houston and Dallas.
Where abouts? DFW probably
yup
Hard right CA to TX transplant right here! God damn, Austin is full of retards though!
Welcome, we have them surrounded. thanks for joining us on the wall pede.
Hays went blue this year, so did Williamson.
I can only hope this was the result of fraud, but I don't know. Austin is leaking shit from its commie diaper in all directions.
I am in Williamson and I assure you I am chasing down the people I need to in order to ask for an audit of those machines. All Republicans down ballot won but for Trump and our Sheriff (who was under indictment.)
290,168 total votes for president 283,908 total votes for Senator (highest number voters for a seat down ballot) Trump got fewer total votes than Cornyn.
That is 6260 ballots that only voted for the President.
Williamson went blue by 4066 votes for Biden over Trump.
HMMM...... I don't believe it.
https://apps.wilco.org/elections/results/default.aspx
Looking at the results for Hays, I don't see the same fuckery:
https://hayscountytx.com/download/departments/elections/results/2020/nov_03_general/Cumulative-Results-Nov-2020-General-official-PDF.pdf
I wouldn't be surprised to learn that certain precincts within Hays had some stuffed ballots though. Like San Marcos, Kyle...
Also in Wilco and was kinda shocked to see that this year.
Heather Jefts. She was elected unfortunately.
This conservative place is nice, we'll go there... and continue voting Democrat." They really aren't a very bright group of people.
I'm trying! We have a lot of work to do to keep them contained. This stink has a tendency to spread.
I like you!
With the notable exception of INFOWARS.COM
Just before I moved out here Austin OK'd homeless tent cities as long as they weren't in front of City Hall...
I thought, why in God's name would you model anything after the San Fran hellscape? It takes a special brand of stupid, and Austin has it in shocking surplus.
You moved from L.A. to L.A. 2.0
Yeah, unfortunately that's the truth.
I'm still here, can't really go because of family and family business.
But I live in OC, still kinda red and my Sheriff is based, but it's hard being surrounded by so many sheep.
The right thing to do is turn CA red again, before Regan gave the state up to the commies.
Amnesty was Reagan's poison pill to CA. It went blue overnight and never went back. Dems rose to permanent power and CA has steadily declined ever since.
Reagan is the OG RINO, change my mind.
CA has way more republicans than any other state. I'm very hopeful that eliminating the fraud would bring balance back.
I want to but I can’t yet... SoCal is still the Mecca (ironically) of available Jewish women.. and I’m still single. But once I settle down I will hopefully move to Texas and have a humongous conservative family.
My family is still here due to a business we own :(
Exit strategy in the works tho !
Better do it before California's legislature votes to steal 4% of your wealth every year for 10 years after you leave the state, LOL.
Looking for my state's contact info NAOW!
Floridians, start calling and emailing ASAP! We want Florida to join this lawsuit. Same goes for every other red state.
Here is a link to the contact info for the office of Governor DeSantis. Call and email, asking the governor to urge the AG to join the lawsuit.
I called, left a voicemail. I also sent an email. In my email I wrote:
Dear Governor Desantis,
Please consider directing your AG of Florida to join the lawsuit with Texas to SCOTUS suing GA PA MI WI.
https://www.scribd.com/document/487348469/TX-v-State-Motion-2020-12-07-FINAL
The American people need to see states use their legal authority to defend and represent the legal votes for Trump in the 2020 election. 5,668,731 Floridians voted for Trump in this election, please be their voice and yield your power to represent them. Surveys have shown that the majority of Republican voters believe there was vote supression and manipulation. With these states not allowing audits, what are they trying to hide? These states are stealing our votes from us in the state of Florida.
The Supreme Court must preserve their integrity by ruling for Trump. But it is up to us to see to it that they are put in that position. This requires Governors of good will to take action.
Sincerely,
DuneBuggy
Here's the Florida AG contact info: http://www.myfloridalegal.com/contact.nsf/contact?Open&Section=Citizen_Services
safe harbor is just more Commie bs to deny us our Constitutional rights. You won't find it anywhere in the Constitution, that's for sure.
Seems reasonable. Two decades later our Republic was lost to them. Seems like a first step.
This 100%. Repeal 17!
I was wondering what that was too...being that it sounded like a massive load of shit.
Ignorant question: Does this filing differ from the previous filing that multiple states joined last month against PA?
enter text
Yeah, this is a state suing other states. That's nation-shaking big.
Yes, for many many good reasons.
THIS THIS THIS THIS
This is a really well-done lawsuit. I haven't read all of it just yet but this looks like it's been in the works since Thanksgiving. It intentionally points out that the Constitition doesn't matter if these enormous violations are allowed to stand.
Fuck the FBI
Fuckers
You mean by the Chinese "FBY"?
Financed By Yuans
He’s been under investigation for years, it’s unrelated to this election
He was indicted in 2015
No, Paxton has just been filing every possible stall tactic
Just realized you and I are talking about two different cases on Paxton.
It obviously means the federation is on the line if states themselves feel the need to protect their rights. Why should they respect the outcome of presidential elections when other states violate their own constitutions for the gain of one candidate to the detriment of other states that maintained fair elections.
14th
Certain pedes have been saying this all along
I can’t speak legal. Can you give me a brief run down of what it says and what the end impact would be if we won it?
Texas: The constitution matters
Maybe the Union did join Texas.
"Grieve not, little darling, my dying, if Texas is sovereign and free..."
Damn I wanted TX to sue my state (AZ) too :(
The day's still young.
They're suing the states with the most evidence, makes for a stronger case. AZ and NV still have their own lawsuits going on.
The lawsuit from Texas is NOT about voter fraud. These four states were the only ones violating their own constitutions. Voter fraud is on top of that all (in more than these four states, like in AZ and NV). And the Dominion fraud comes on top of that in 28 states or something.

Somebody read this for me
BILL OF COMPLAINT Our Country stands at an important crossroads.
IMHO, I think that excuse only really starts working after the fifth grade.
scotus would never extend the deadline, so hopefully they will tell house delegates to pick a president
They never rule outside of what is asked either. Is this lawsuit just a distraction?
Very well written besides a few typos. (In b4 TYPOS REEE)
I think today is like Gandalf cresting the hill at dawn at Helms Deep, and charging down the hill at the orcs nearly killing all of humankind essentially
We hope it founders and doesn't flounder!
Founder is correct.
Founder: Verb
Come on hero patriot judges, I know you are the minority but America needs you to do the right thing and uphold our Constitutional Republic! 🇺🇸
Thank you. I'm a bit lazy and didn't want to read legal documents.
I thought it was a typo when they said the American Experiment will founder. I thought they meant flounder, but founder means to fill with water and sink.
So basically this is just a request to extend the date that states certify their electors?
"Please delay electoral college processing."
--Respectfully, State of Texas
Not nearly enough "or elses"
Not nearly enough "ya hear?"
Was thinking of going with "Shits wacked, yo. Give is a sec." Or "We're still looking for the varmints"
This is basically it, in a nutshell.
A few states changed the rules for ONE REASON ONLY, to cheat. And that's what they did.
I did a summary!

Ask siri to
Every other AG in every other state that had clean, transparent and legal voting that followed their own laws needs to get on board with this docket.
The states of Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia and Wisconsin are disenfranchising the legal votes at the federal level for President which is the violation of the equal protection clause in the Constitution.
This is how we are going to win. The left is going to lose their minds and I am going to laugh my ass off.
The irony is that the 14th was the lefts favorite tool
Only a matter of time before events moved so far that now its the patriots turn
If this isn't ruled 9-0, color me surprised. It doesn't get any more fundamental than issues of the very republic

DEEP IN THE HEART OF TEXAS
May or may not be happening
My eyes glaze over as soon as I start reading lawyer speak. Need cliff notes
It's just a lawsuit to extend the deadline for election certification. It's a step in the right direction, but not a big happooning.
Onward!
oof
Great state of Kexas!

Finally, it's about time someone did something. Tired of these commies on twitter with their 1-1,000,000 smug assholes.
How long will it take for the Supreme Court to hear this case since it goes directly to them?
"The probability of former Vice President Biden winning the popular vote in the four Defendant States—Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin—independently given President Trump’s early lead in those States as of 3 a.m. on November 4, 2020, is less than one in a quadrillion, or 1 in 1,000,000,000,000,000. For former Vice President Biden to win these four States collectively, the odds of 7that event happening decrease to less than one in a quadrillion to the fourth power (i.e., 1 in 1,000,000,000,000,0004)."
FUCKING-A.
the statistical improbability of Mr. Biden winning the popular vote in these four States collectively is 1 in 1,000,000,000,000,000^5
I believe that number is 1 nonillion, or 1, with 30 zeroes.
1 in 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000
Which is roughly the amount of bacterial cells on Earth. = 5x10^30
Is this an actual quote?
Yes. Read the link for the lawsuit. I'm not one for legalese, but most of it is straight up in laymen's terms.
Saw it. Word for word
Constitutionally this is the best argument - the defense cant use COVID either. Its a difficult claim to defend hahah.
What could the outcome of this be? What are they seeking to have happen?
Legislatures forced to choose the electors
Which is where the past two weeks of petitioning legislatures comes into play.
Currently seeking declaration that these states conducted their elections unconstitutionally; the electors be declared unconstitutional; enjoin these states from using the election results to appoint electors; call for special election to appoint presidential electors; enjoin states from meeting to appoint electors until further order of the court.
Thanks Fletch!
Can someone give me the retarded version of this so I can understand?
Surely Orange man is not as good as you purport him to be.
well...you aren't wrong.
"Either the Constitution matters and must be followed, even when some officials consider it inconvenient or out of date, or it is simply a piece of parchment on display at the National Archives. We ask the Court to choose the former."
Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin cheated, please forbid them to appoint presidential electors. - Love, Texas

I’m glad an AG finally took a stand. I’ve been pushing for that on the Donald and also bothered my red state AG to do it (it would have politically benefitted her as well, but I guess politicians have to get permission from CNN and Twitter first).
The probability of former Vice President Biden winning the popular vote in the four Defendant States—Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin—independently given President Trump’s early lead in those States as of 3 a.m. on November 4, 2020, is less than one in a quadrillion, or 1 in 1,000,000,000,000,000. For former Vice President Biden to win these four States collectively, the odds of 7 that event happening decrease to less than one in a quadrillion to the fourth power (i.e., 1 in 1,000,000,000,000,0004). See Decl. of Charles J. Cicchetti, Ph.D. (“Cicchetti Decl.”) at ¶¶ 14-21, 30-31. See App. 4a-7a, 9a.
GOD BLESS TEXAS!

Beautiful.
Stop the steal!!!!
