honestly a month ago I would have completely disagreed. But what I've seen is that it is extremely effective against cowards, and a very large amount of politicians are cowards. They are looking at both sides and saying "Well that side scares me so I'm going to do what they say. What are you going to do? March to the courthouse and leave it as clean as you got there?" Cowards do not think in terms of right and wrong only in matters of self preservation and safety. Kemp is proof of that. The fact that he is lying about wanting a recount but does nothing proves that he's a little afraid of the reaction he's getting but not afraid enough.
