Yes and this is why Hillary was so incensed about it. When she realized that their cheat algorithm wasn’t in effect, that’s when you saw widespread reports of Russia hacking the election. They blamed it on Russia because they couldn’t reveal the tradecraft internally. She conceded because she knew there was no way she could win without the cheat.
That’s what democrats have to live with. Also, that they will never be a woman.
Yes, and I bet Hillary's people reported that the algorithm had been hacked and corrupted a couple of days before the election, with no time to fix it. That's why she cancelled the fireworks. That's also why this time around they dominion operatives uploaded fresh algorithms on the eve and/or day of the election to minimize the risk of the algorithm being hacked at the last minute.
I think this is probably true. I've seen it said elsewhere that a fair number of patriots in the military and intel state lined up behind Trump before his run. I have always suspected there are a few dozen active and retired (high level) people advising and guiding Trump and doing "other things" from day one.

I don't buy that the NSA would have America's best interests in mind, seems unlikely to me.

I more starkly remember Edward Snowden showing they rifled through our personal information add passed it around the office like it was some joke.
True, total surveillance a double-edged sword, but it may have uncovered the extent to which China has taken control of our government.
