The Supreme Court has ruled, 9-0, that you cannot allow voting to continue after election day:

“When the federal statutes speak of ‘the election’… they plainly refer to the combined actions of voters and officials meant to make a final selection of an officeholder… By establishing a particular day as ‘the day’ on which these actions must take place, the statutes simply regulate the time of the election, a matter on which the Constitution explicitly gives Congress the final say.” Foster v. Love, 522 U.S. 67, 71-72 (1997)

If an election is consummated after Election Day, this also violates the statute, and such behavior, along with State legislation that encourages it, is preempted by 3 U.S.C. § 1. The logic of such a prohibition goes directly to the heart of the evils Congress sought to nullify by creating a uniform Election Day.

Single day elections curtail a distortion of the voting process by concealing results that might influence later voting. The “object” of 2 U.S.C. § 7, as noted by the Supreme Court, was to remedy multiple evils involved with non-uniform voting. Therefore, under the unanimous holding in Foster v. Love, federal elections consummated before, and after, Election Day, are preempted by Congressional statutes.

Federal law absolutely prohibits any voting to continue after election day, as did state law in Pennsylvania. It's time for this nonsense to stop.

It really is inspiring to be a part of things here. I usually feel like an observer, being a homeschooling mom in a blue zone, but we have spent the past two months going to rallies and protests. I’ve been calling politicians in states that matter and making 100% sure my boys (even though the eldest is in a cucked private high school) grow up to be patriots, not pussies. My house will welcome any patriot in need if shit gets hot. God will lead you to the perfect expression of courage for you and your family—not everyone is storming the front line with arms.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts.

We have received several calls and emails about this lawsuit, and we have shared them with Attorney General Miller and others in our office.

Our office does not plan to join the Texas lawsuit because the elections were fairly and safely conducted by election officials of both parties. Attorney General Miller continues to have faith in the integrity of Iowa’s election process and will do everything in his power to ensure that all eligible votes will count.

This has nothing to do with the "integrity of Iowa's election process" so either you're full of shit or they need to get a phone call to explain to them this has nothing to do with what they emailed you about.

HOOSIER PEDES!

HERE IS A SCRIPT FOR OUR ATTORNEY GENERAL. SEND! SEND! SEND!

https://www.in.gov/attorneygeneral/3063.htm

Dear Honourable Curtis T. Hill, Jr. and Staff;

Good morning. My name is *********** from ***********, IN. The reason I am contacting you today is because, like many Hoosiers, I feel that other states are violating the Constitution of the United States in their handling of the November 3rd election. In brief, the argument is this: Several states have sidestepped their own state legislatures and the Constitution to make drastic changes to election laws and rules - especially pertaining to mail-in ballots. This was done through executive actions instead of legislative ones.

Texas has now sued Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania for this very reason. I respectfully ask that you, as our Attorney General file a similar suit on behalf of the State of Indiana.

From the filing to SCOTUS: Certain officials in the Defendant States presented the pandemic as the justification for ignoring state laws regarding absentee and mail-in voting. The Defendant States flooded their citizenry with tens of millions of ballot applications and ballots in derogation of statutory controls as to how they are lawfully received, evaluated, and counted. Whether well intentioned or not, these unconstitutional acts had the same uniform effect—they made the 2020 election less secure in the Defendant States. Those changes are inconsistent with relevant state laws and were made by non-legislative entities, without any consent by the state legislatures. The acts of these officials thus directly violated the Constitution.

This case presents a question of law: Did the Defendant States violate the Electors Clause by taking non-legislative actions to change the election rules that would govern the appointment of presidential electors? These non-legislative changes to the Defendant States’ election laws facilitated the casting and counting of ballots in violation of state law, which, in turn, violated the Electors Clause of Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 of the U.S. Constitution. By these unlawful acts, the Defendant States have not only tainted the integrity of their own citizens’ vote, but their actions have also debased the votes of citizens in Plaintiff State and other States that remained loyal to the Constitution.

Texas is asking the Supreme Court to order the states to allow their legislatures to appoint their electors. I feel that these are simple yet solid constitutional arguments and I feel it would be appropriate to file a similar suit on our behalf. Why do these states get to change the rules while the rest of us played by them?

Indiana has 11 Electoral Votes in this game. That's significant. We want to submit our very valuable EC votes to a lawful and fair election, not just toss them into the abyss of a beclouded outcome caused by other states.

Thank you very much for your time in considering this matter.

Kansas needs an info thread too.

blukid 9 points ago +9 / -0

More and more people are joining the cause. We are seeing an increase in representatives, senators, and people in the state legislators willing to stand up for the GEOTUS. Email, call, and do whatever you need to do.

Yes. And also contact the governor:

[email protected]

Dear Governor,

Please join in Texas lawsuit against MI/WI/GA/PA for their un-constitutional actions in the Presidential Election 2020.

See here:

https://f.maga.host/QpqGCr3.pdf

President Trump fought for you. I want to see through actions how you fight for him.

Regards,

...

Send email anyway. Make your voice heard! The Republic protects the minority as it executes the will of the majority

1
BidenMumbling 1 point ago +1 / -0

Same here. I sent a message anyways through their website asking for them to join the lawsuit, because if people do not have faith in the election process, then we do not have a nation.. we do not have a republic.

4
Dride 4 points ago +4 / -0

Pedes, get your individual state thread started and let's get that shit stickied. This suit is going to completely blindside them, and we have 5 CONSTITUTIONALIST on Scotus. Push the line!
