How can non-Texas Residents get their states to take similar legal action against Michigan, Georgia, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin? Do we contact our state AG?

How can residents of other states get THEIR state to take similar action to that taken by the State of Texas?

For example, I live in the Commonwealth of Virgina. Would I reach out to the Virginia Attorney General?

Perhaps we can come up with a sticky thread which outlines how to get this done?
