IDEA FOR THE MODS - A SORT BY STATE TAB

We should have an interactive map as part of the sidebar where you can click on a state and it brings up all the posts in relation to that state, i.e a filter.

It could also bring up important information like contact info for our elected officials and maybe in the second iteration laws and legislation being discussed in each sates legislature, as well as, links to any petitions.
