And we cannot brush this fact aside.

That has a real and lasting impact on those directly involved.

SCOTUS may very well view its purpose in today's climate to be upholding peace moreso than rendering a strict "by the books" interpretation.

It's also possible we'll get to follow Rubicon Don. In that scenario I expect to be blocking the streets of DC in my full sized cargo van, trip starting 1/6. We need millions. Very different scenario if we don't get to follow him.
