This! SJWs and their base of Pet Minorities have been demanding "equality" for decades, when what they really want is special treatment + interest compounded daily. Hence, their recent over-use of the talking points/buzzwords "equity"/"equitable" etc.
Actually "equitable relief" is long established legal jargon. Unassociated with the current misuse of the language, and slaughtering of all logic that goes along with "equity rather than equality."
