This is inaccurate. According to Fauci, if you amplify the sample more than 35x your results are total junk. Not that you're picking up clinically insignificant traces of C19, but that your results will be meaningless. You could be picking up other things.

But the FDA's recommendation for labs is 40.

Somebody did that on purpose. I'll bet money that the person who wrote those regulations damn well understood how amplification worked.

This entire situation is getting more and more fishy as time goes by.
