Once the door is opened to presidential elections that break state law, state constitutions, and the US constitution, it will be awfully hard to close that door again.
This is some deflection. They're the ones that caused the loss of public trust. They're flipping the cause and effect. Something you see in people with borderline personality disorder or antisocial personality disorder. Hell any person that thinks egocentrically.
In this case, I think it's fair for the judiciary to get involved because the scope and scale of the fraud is monumental.
That said, it's petty reasonable to be concerned about setting precedents which may make it easier for courts to overturn elections.
The solution to this is to make sure that any judgements SCOTUS hands-down are narrowly tailored to fit the fraud at hand and don't use vague language that would make the court a weapon in the future.
Basically what a child says when they have broken something in the laundry room and don't want you to see!
“One you open this door, you will see what I have done. Please don’t open it.”
You can't get punished for what you don' let them see. Basic Democrat training manual - page 78.
I love how they’re quoting a case from a fucking week ago like it’s legitimate Stare Decisis. STFU.

State Decisis? What is that in English laymans terms
News flash: Pennsylvania, do your job and this won’t be necessary. If not, the SCOTUS will do it for you.
75M people have already lost trust in the wake of the fraud. They're lucky its the good half of the electorate. Don't push them to the 4th box.
Ya dumb muthafuckers, YOU are the ones that opened this door by cheating in the first damn place. These Dem shitstains never fail to piss me off.

More projection from the left. They opened the door.
Is that a threat to our US Supreme Court?

Translation: Please don't follow the law, because then we'll have to follow the law every time.
If dominioncrats would stop cheating, we would never again need the courts to step in. Problem solved.
That's not legalize, it's communism! Sounds like he needs to contact his AG and tell the to back Texas.
