Sullivan is the biggest POS in the judiciary from my assessment. He had ex-parte communications with Obama who isn't a party. He held out just for the purposes of making Trump pardon Flynn just like Sidney Powell said he would but the appeals court had to give him a chance to not dismiss it.

So now that ass can say oh it's just moot instead of having to admit he WAS WRONG!
