I have contacted your office in the past to inquire if you and your office are willing to defend the constitutional rights of Kansas citizens and never received a response. Therefor I am writing again to ask if your office is considering enjoining the State of Texas in their suit against the states of Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin who have violated the Electors Clause of Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 of the U.S. Constitution. When other states conduct federal elections that do not adhere to the Constitution they violate the rights of Kansans to have fair and free elections. I/we did not elect you and your office to stand by while our constitutional rights are being violated. Please consider standing up for the rights of all Kansans.
