Well, first off judge, Michael Flynn is innocent. You don't need to be a judicial scholar to know that. Just look at the damn evidence. Secondly, if he was not innocent, then there is plenty of precedent to show that guilty people are pardoned all the time. Just look at Clinton's record of pardons.
