Many Sheriffs don't realize this but they are the supreme law enforcement officers in their respective counties. They can tell the fed and state to fuck off if they think something is unconstitutional.
Of course the fed and state being the tyrants they are will threaten funding and potentially lawsuits but Sheriffs have to stand their ground for we the people.
They need to stand ready to act on any investigation that is currently going on in Georgia. They even may end up at the Governor's mansion e3ventually.
Safe harbor is not a real thing in this case. The only date in the constitution is 12 noon on January 20th. These sheriffs will be helpful and it’s good to know they are siding with finding the truth.
