He was an intelligence analyst and his ability to breakdown photos is incredible. If you look through his videos there is one he did recently regarding the Iranian nuclear scientist. Based on the photos of the aftermath of the incident, his conclusion was that the scientist defected and it was most likely Israel out Saudi Arabia that took out the "bodyguards" and whisked away the scientist.
When you watch the video, it can be easy to be fooled that his manner of speech is clumsy but it's because he has a few medical issues as well as a stutter that he actively fights against.
