Doesn't help if your previous election's voter rolls were filled with dead people, felons, out of state, underage, non citizens, temporary residents, erroneousnessly registration applications. And more.

How is Georgia's constitution "breaking?" It's older than half the people reading it here.

Yep.

I'm sure it will be checked ...just like they checked signatures.

This is fantastic

it's also not true, unfortunately.

45semiautosp 2 points ago +2 / -0

This is not true. The NVRA which is federal law says voters are allowed to register for any election with a maximum 'cutoff' of 30 days from the election date for the freeze on registration.

The NAACP sued Georgia about this issue. The result was a consent decree. Look who it is?

Yes, it is District Court Judge Batten. This is interesting considering his ruling yesterday about standing in Powell's case, at least in my mind.

So how does a Government agree to not follow the Governments Constitution? Doesn't that require the PEOPLE to vote?

1
45semiautosp 1 point ago +1 / -0

I believe the underlying issue is the Georgia Constitution specifying when run off elections are to occur (9 weeks after the general) in conjunction with the voter eligibility requirement violates provisions of the NVRA.

1
BadRadDad [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

I didn't see anything resulting from a runoff. But the general yes if it is interpreted broadly I can see where the NVRA says 30days or less but not more for the cutoff. Seems the Consent Degree defined 13days as the cutoff.

That's exactly right. If you are entitled to vote but chose not to, then you may register and vote. If you voted in another state's election in Nov, then you weren't entitled to vote in GA so you aren't entitled to vote in the runoff.

Poneegryl 1 point ago +1 / -0

Perfect summary. Your comment should be up top!!

3
China4Biden 3 points ago +3 / -0

Kemp, Raffensperger, and Sterling don't care. They are working with Andrew Yang and Stacy Abrams to register new voters for the runoff elections. They will give the Senate to China just as they promised to Xi Jinping. Unless, we stop them and charge Kemp with treason.

Laws are for peasants....

2
nickybops 2 points ago +2 / -0

I honestly don't even want to think of it but it crossed my mind. I can see Kemp and faggot SoS making a clause somehow (illegally im sure) saying anyone can vote, not just previously registered, yet not call a special session.

Prepare your anus.

1
AmazingFlightLizard 1 point ago +1 / -0

They don't even have to do that. They'll just flood more ballots in there than even live in GA and say there's nothing they can do. I hope Kemp gets recalled. GA pedes should start a recall petition now.

I think that the way I hear it explained was, “To vote in the runoff, you don’t have to have been registered for the original election, but you have to have been able to register for the original election.” Therefore if you’re 18 on November 10th you still can’t vote in the runoff because you were 17 for the original.

Well yes, we told them this when they tried to tell people to move for the election

As if the laws actually apply to leftists. HA

1
teen_burger_combo 1 point ago +1 / -0

This is totally disinfranchising me, as a Canadian, from voting in the Georgia runoff. You RACIST BIGOTS!

1
Triclopse 1 point ago +1 / -0

So good! Wait till they ban those phoney mail in ballots!

1
Fraud30330 1 point ago +1 / -0

Sooo, the dead can vote again?

What we need is for POTUS to call Dominion and Smartmatic a National Threat and this way all we could use is paper ballots.

1
Data 1 point ago +1 / -0

This isn't breaking news though. We've been talking about this since Nov. 3rd.

1
mathteach314159 1 point ago +1 / -0

That will not stop the criminals.

1
MNMathtic 1 point ago +1 / -0

I thought this at first, too, but the GA constitution says "eligible" to vote, not "registered" to vote. I read elsewhere that anyone who voted in another state for the Nov election is not eligible to vote n GA and that's one of the reasons why moving to GA to vote is not allowed.

1
NoSoMo_ThanU 1 point ago +1 / -0

Federal election law closed the window yesterday however. This law doesn't apply to federal elections.

1
Shaffro 1 point ago +1 / -0

As long as there is enough evidence there is no way SCOTUS can let this go.

1
MAGAHollywood 1 point ago +1 / -0

Damn. I just moved to GA and was about to vote MAGA in the run off. Thanks for stopping me from voting fraudulently. God speed GA MAGA bros! Get er done!!!

1

Get the COPY of the GA Voter Registration Qualified Voter List valid as of LAST legally valid date PRIOR to start of 2020 General Election.

Use that list to PURGE any votes cast by ALL persons NOT on that original listing to remove all invalid votes.

Rules don't seem to have any weight in Georgia! Clean up your yard Georgia, its a waste land of piles of crap.
