Don’t live there but this is why I have all emergency alerts disabled on my phone. If the world was ending or a nuke was coming, I’d figure that out long before a stupid alert.

It's not really an order, it's more of a suggestion. Everything is still allowed under the "order", like shopping, laundry, etc. You just can't do fun things. Traffic is the same here, people are ignoring it.
