Basically: The State of Texas is suing four of the cheating blue states, saying that their unconstitutional election fraud harms the USA and therefore harms the State of Texas as well.
As I understand it, if one state sues another, the only court that can hear the case is the SCOTUS.
And SCOTUS just agreed to hear the case!
I don't think we have the rest of the details just yet, but stayed tuned. This was the news we needed right now.
