With all due respect this is not Louisiana saying they are joining Texas, if you read the full statement the Attorney General says they support Texas but makes no mention of joining them. Time will tell, and I really hope they do but lets not become like CNN and begin to spread Fake News. Also the reference to weeks ago is regarding their support when Mike Kelly filed against Pennsylvania.

It was just filed today, so the paperwork probably isn't immediate. It sounds like they will, but hasn't happened yet.
