The Texas Petition is written really beautifully in simple language. [Sure it has legal statute references scattered thru but it's mostly plain speaking]. It is worth you time to give it a scan, I agree that some of the other petitions were hard to read. You'll especially like the part where they say the chances of Biden winning the popular vote in those States was 1 in a quadrillion to the 4th power...ha they must have had a chuckle typing that one out!

Appellants/Movants/Plaintiffs -- make a motion, appeal, etc.
Appellees/Respondents/Defendants - then get to file an objection, response, etc. This document argues against the original motion, appeal, etc.
Appellants/Movants/Plaintiffs - then get to file a "reply", which rebuts and attacks the objection, response, etc.
