Been saying this for some time. People may not have caught it, but Trump said good things would appear in the coming weeks. More Christmas presents to open soon.

Trying to follow all of this and I makes my head spin. Why is the texas lawsuit better than what guliani, jenna and powell put forth?

Because it does not depend on proving voter fraud. It depends on proving that the states named in the suit changed their electoral procedures in the absence of state legislative authority, a violation of Article II Section II of the US Constitution. The outcome of those elections is irrelevant to the merits.

Idk if it's better but it goes right to the supreme court bypassing the lower courts and the cat and mouse game, and allows other states to join in or file as well and build pressure.

It has the standing because Texan voters are disenfranchised when other states judicially alter constitutionally-mandated electoral processes.

Not better. Just part of larger, even more damaging evidence yet to come.

It also solidifies any answer to the supreme court having jurisdiction on telling states how to mandate their laws.

If other States are sewing on the constitutional fact like Kelly's case, This case and other States suing reinforces the argument and creates an opening for SCOTUS to intervene.

When I say opening, I mean 1990's Dallas Cowboys opening. Also crushing any leftist argument that SCOTUS doesn't have jurisdiction over State's constitution.

Bc Texas gets to go Straight to the Supreme Court. No waiting in line through lower courts. And it relies purely on law rather then rely on evidence. So it becomes a question of Equal Protection (settled in Bush v Gore) and a couple other settled laws that I can’t recall off hand.

If the Justices have balls enough to rule on this it can only go one way.

This was literally filed at the 23:00th hour

You better believe GEOTUS knew all about this and "rope-a-doped" these fools into rushing to certify fraudulent counts thus being caught red handed actually committing the crime

Yes always felt that Jenna, Rudy, Sidney and Lin were the show but not the main act. Look here don’t look there kind of thing while also putting the fraud on full display

They were integral in collecting the evidence and getting it out to the people. Who knows what they still all have up their sleeve, but it’s worse than I ever thought it could be.

I'm not into the "Trust the plan" nonsense but this one might actually fit. Multi-state suit for decertification right on the safe harbor deadline. Can't say they filed too late and minimizes time for fuckery after decertification is granted.

Yeah first he had to make sure the interference was well documented. They wanted to provided evidence of the fraud, evidence for anti trust suit against big tech and evidence of msm only reporting propaganda.

All involved are dead in the water after GEOTUS drops the 2018 election interference exec order sledgehammer on they asses.

Yeah IDK about this texas suit, but if Trump's team trusts this case I will as well.
