I saw some video about unusual traffic in AZ.
I don't know what it means. But it's very interesting to me. I'm right outside of DC and we've had all sorts of crazy military planes fly right over my apartment that don't even show up on the exchange so we are probably only seeing a small percentage of what's really happening and we're already seeing is a LOT.

Yeah, they some people said it was routine training. Others pointed out that the "routine training" had already happened and that the ground crew was not expecting anyone until an hour before they landed, so they were caught off guard. Which I hear is unusual for training.
Yeah, it was Kash I think? I think he just came back from Asia abruptly?
How do you get it to filter just military planes?
All you have to do is hit "U" on the upper right hand corner. It's also very important that "P" is on for persistence - this continues to track planes even after they go black. I've had the exchange open since the early morning so I'm tracking a bunch of planes that have already gone black. If I open a new ADS-B exchange tab then all I see are 269 planes because the ones I'm still tracking on my old window don't show up since "P" wasn't on in that tab.
It's something Monkeywerx said. From what he said, if they land, they no longer show up on the tracker. PS. we are now up to 1269 planes. :)
Any thoughts on the Phoenix air flights coming out of Kenya and Russia?
I haven't heard anything about that. Are those up currently?
