pretty sure this story is fake, based on another post. AG Louisiana made an announcement saying that they already joined a previous lawsuit weeks ago, but that he agrees that SCOTUS should look into the Texas lawsuit as well.
Louisiana pedes need to keep calling. The LA AG only made a statement of being in support of the Texas suit. NOT that they're joining it. The cynic in me would argue LA AG intentionally put out a confusing statement to get people off their back. Until we see proof they're joining, pressure should remain on LA and other states.
