If I'm understanding this correctly, the injunctive relief would have immediately decertified the PA results. This does not dismiss the case, or (necessarily) imply the final ruling. There was no dissent because from the SC perspective, they didn't actually do anything other than say "yeah give us a couple more days here, guys". They may also be combining it into the Texas megasuit (I would be surprised if they didn't).
This is a tactical defeat since it means they're not quite convinced enough to drop the hammer immediately, or are holding off so as not to fuck up the Texas megasuit. But we were all hoping for an immediate ass kicking to motivate the state legislatures to get off their asses about Article 2, and we're not going to get it.
