Too many people are posting legal things without understanding what those legal things mean. I'm pretty sure legal speak was designed so that us little people can not understand it.
I am shocked how leftists went straight to "Scotus will rule with Trump bc of laws, but they shouldn't bc it is against unity". From what I see, there are so many constitutional arguments made that are more on the legality+possibility of fraud and the people's distrust.

They unfortunately just dismissed Kelly/Parnell's.
If I had to guess, they probably dismissed the PA case because the Texas case renders it moot.
But we'll find out soon enough!
That's what makes the most sense. No way that Thomas signed off on the dismissal because he doesn't think that there's fraud. Alito as well.
