This is just one case brought by Parnell and Kelly. The TX case, which has now been joined by Louisiana (and others are certain to follow) will ultimately ensure the same relief sought by Kelly.

Nope.

Just that one PA case.

Doesn't apply to any other cases that have or may be filed.

I'm tired of the goal posts keep being moved back.

SCOTUS was supposed to decide for us on the PA case. Now they haven't.

Now we depend on them to decide with Texas?

If you guys actually paid attention you’d know the goal post never moved, and that the court didn’t rule on the case today, a single justice denied injunctive relief.

it was unanimous by all justices

That was reported by one person, and was disproven by the document the court released.

Several other cases have been filed that may also end up being heard by the SCOTUS.

Louisiana has joined Texas.

And OK, TN, and Louisiana have a different case regarding PA.

Ffs stop spreading misinformation, they just declined injunctive relief. The court hasn’t ruled on it.
