Nah. They're just rejecting the takedown of the certification. And, this isn't Trump's lawsuit, which can still move forward. The certified votes can still be thrown out.
VERY concerning, with no clarification why they denied this, though.
Automatically gets added because state vs state original jurisdiction cases get put on the docket as SCOTUS is only one that can hear them. Getting on the docket means nothing.
It doesn't look good pepes. The last thing is to start burning stuff like BLM and Antifa folks until we get what we want. The left showed us how to proceed.

Not over otherwise SCOTUS wouldn't have taken the Texas suit.
Wake up!
The fact that they arent looking into this though is not a good sign
They are going to rule on the Texas case. It makes the same arguments. There is no reason for SCOTUS to rule on 2 cases making the same argument
no reason given? are we not a nation of laws any more? is it time?....
Just that one case.
Not any other cases that have been or may be filed.
It’s not the Texas case, thankfully. Still bad ofc but yeah.
SCOTUS not going to step in. I think that is plain as day.
Then why is the case on their docket?

PA case was on their docket too...
Fuck bros.
Was this the best case in PA we had? Or are there better ones in the pipeline?

Prepare yourself.
