no I read the brief. They make the argument that the executive branch made changes to the election law that was unconstitutional and only the legislative branch has that power. It's the same argument in both cases. The only difference is Texas is making that argument in 4 states and the Mike Kelly suit one made it in only one state
Yes the Texas case makes the same arguments and there is no reason for them to rule on 2 cases
So in essence, the Supreme Court is just removing a duplicate legal case? Its not that big of a deal then, right?
