Yup. My thought is that they want all the states with election fraud under one case.

And OK/TN/Louisiana have a separate case regarding PA and ballot irregularities.

Calm down. This case was moot. It is the same as TX case and so redundant. TX includes MI, WI, PA and GA. Why would you waste time on PA alone?

Even without PA, it can still be won. GEOTUS could win 291 EVs with MI, WI, GA, AZ and NV.

Actually no, they accepted the Texas case. So this single case not brought by a state is essentially moot.
