Ok, this suit has much of the same material as the Texas suit. Given that there is no opinion this was not a ruling on the case just a denial of the injunction. This is just getting wrapped up in the Texas case. Given the profile and the mood of the country, you can expect some very lengthy opinions to explain their ultimate ruling one way or the other.
