Explain to me what an emergency injunction is like I'm retarded

If they granted the injunction Pennsylvania would fall today. They would also have to hear multiple cases from each state, and decide each state. With the Texas lawsuit, they can drop four states at one time.

Imagine being retarded enough to think the Supreme Court won't follow the constitution

That’s an interesting comment. Yes with RBG they did rule against the constitution. It’s been horrendous. This case is constitutional. It’s merits are true.

Name one time they ruled against the constitution with an originalist majority

They sided with California and New York on religious freedom. Thank God. They didn’t hear the bathroom case, but I get it, they’re gonna get so much heat on these election hearings
