I agree, but remember the story of Lot. Even if just one person was righteous. There are many in America that would probably be considered righteous.

4
Harriskamel 4 points ago +4 / -0

Abraham argued for 10 righteous, and he could not find them even though Lot had a wife, at least 4 daughters and at least two son in laws.

To be fair, we also are the single largest Christian country by population.

I can think of a good reason: If the US doesn't stand evil will win worldwide. China and the NWO will see to that (and eventually China alone when they dispose of the NWO once they deem all the traitors' usefulness expended).

If you want a picture of the future Winston, imagine a boot stamping on a human face - forever.

This case is limited in scope, only dealing with how each state addressed constitutional issues. It does not include massive fraud by Democratic operatives (such as dead people voting, under-aged voting, out of state voting, non-citizen voting, etc.) as well as tampering with the vote count via Dominion machines. There is a lot of solid evidence for these things and many more illegal votes involved. Is there any way they will be able to more information to support the case?

2
cryogen 2 points ago +2 / -0

Actually it does include those things. And yes, since SCOTUS has original jurisdiction here, if they believe it helpful or necessary they can finally have their evidentiary hearings. :)

Phins360_FL 0 points ago +1 / -1

BINGO

Again, whoever wrote this was a strategic genius and well versed in Constitutional Law and SCOTUS proceedings.

My guess is Jay, Zodiac, Pam, Paxton and probably a few others had a hand in its crafting.

I think they will be fingerpointing back at Texas and say they also allowed for changes outside of their state legislature, so they have no basis to complain : https://gov.texas.gov/news/post/governor-abbott-extends-early-voting-period-for-november-3rd-election

13
TripleBlack 13 points ago +13 / -0

Um no. That's just extended early voting by a week sooner. There's nothing wrong with voting earlier. Nothing major changes. He didn't change the rule on how counting is done, how AV are accepted, nor when AV ballots are accepted.

1
Whirlybot 1 point ago +1 / -0

Could anybody give some thoughts that, if this was the best winning strategy, why did we wait all of these weeks to file this?

1
JoeIBC 1 point ago +1 / -0

Personally I am a fan of the slow and steady prove there low tech fraud that was turned up to 11 in as many states as possible. Especially in GA, WI, and AZ. Those are the closest by raw number and gets to 269. This is the only way to show that Trump really won.

Both Barnes and Sekulow prefer this case as quick and efficient. But to me it plays to the public as a trick. They don’t even need to prove fraud under the basic premise of the suit.

Phins360_FL 0 points ago +1 / -1

Retard.

That just moved early voting a week EARLIER

I love rudy and his tenacity, but at the supreme court would much rather Jay for sure.

26
TrumpForeverEver 26 points ago +26 / -0

Isn’t Jay 12-0 or something like that in SCOTUS?

23
Mooma 23 points ago +23 / -0

But Rudy is more than 12-0 against organized crime

9
Endprism 9 points ago +9 / -0

So you’re saying we have a team that’s 24-0? I like our odds!

12
mostpeoplecallmeJim 12 points ago +12 / -0

I wonder if Sekulow doesn't have his hand in this. I've been wondering where he's been

15
proudtobeadeplorable 15 points ago +15 / -0

i'm sure he was always working behind the scenes. everyone has a part. cant wait for the smackdown

3
jakebro420 3 points ago +3 / -0

I think he was. I haven't been in the car at the right time for his radio show most of this month, but the one time I was, it was a breath of fresh air in terms of clarity and lack of bluster, but still lots of hope and assurance that they will fight at the SC.

2
Yutrahkill 2 points ago +2 / -0

He uploads his shows as podcasts if you want to listen to it FYI

Thanks, I think I will!

Jay is the Legal Team's General

He formulated the multi-pronged legal assault on the criminal conspirators in the offending states.

He used several axis of attack - culminating with a States right case at SCOTUS. Striking the very heart of what our Constitution is (or is not if you read the brief).

This one is his Normandy.

9
Cakes4077 9 points ago +9 / -0

Looks like it is 8-4 according to the summary of his SCOTUS cases on Wikipedia.

4
LiberalismIsTheVirus 4 points ago +4 / -0

This one seems like a slam dunk if they follow the constitution.

3
iamjohnwick 3 points ago +3 / -0

Even 8:4 is an astounding record when considering where he is presenting arguments. I would probably swallow my tongue in the first couple sentences if I was standing before SCOTUS trying to make an argument

0
Phins360_FL 0 points ago +1 / -1

I'd probably pass out.

9
proudtobeadeplorable 9 points ago +9 / -0

rudy was crucial in setting the stage. this was probably always the way it was supposed to play out! the system is working!

9
aaafirefly123 9 points ago +9 / -0

This is the System’s last chance to salvage itself.

We are going to war regardless but the SCOTUS will decide if the System survives the purge of the left.

6
Cozette 6 points ago +6 / -0

How do you know who will be presenting/arguing the case before SCOTUS? Btw Rudy don't file the suit SCOTUS is considering. Texas AG Paxton did. Eight other state AGs have joined the Texas suit now. Finally, why worry about things outside of your control? I invite you to respond to a worry invasion with a prayer walk. Worry destroys FOCUS. Is demoralizing. That's why our enemies try 24/7 to trigger anxiety, worry and fear. Please learn how to protect yourself and others from these attacks.

2
iouybiy 2 points ago +2 / -0

Worrying about things beyond control is 99.999% Of this site.

12
PlateOwner 12 points ago +12 / -0

He does but Ted Cruz offered to present and there are benefits of anyone besides Team Trump doing the entire state case from start to finish. (They can't blame Trump for what the states do. The states winning destroys the claim Trump stole the election.)

This case is bigger than the future of Trump. Its ramifications are the future of America for generations. If Texas holds the line on the Constitution the Republic could be saved for another 100 years, instead of just 4.

Once this is over we need a push to go a step further. The Federal Goverment should be the one that decides how states run their federal elections. All federal elections should be run the same state to state.

2
jakebro420 2 points ago +2 / -0

That's all well and good until it's not Trump at the head of the federal government. I think the Constitution got it right-- states just need to remember that their legislatures have the power. 2020 has been a year of executive power-grabs in states with Covid obsessions; even here in Texas, Abbott put the mask mandate in place and made it enforceable-- something he does not have the power, in law, to do.

Sekulow is someone to pay attention to. He has one of, if not, the best record in winning cases brought before SCOTUS. There just isn't a more knowledgeable person on the Constitution and SCOTUS than Jay Sekulow.

When has trusting The Establishment ever worked out for us? This lawsuit is great, wonderful, but every right-wing Patriot still needs to be prepared to take back their country by force if necessary. The Democrats know they stole the election, they know they broke the law, all the right has to do with stand up and flex, Biden will concede soon after that.

If you think that the Democrats are going to risk losing value in their 401ks, property value and other financial benefits they've amassed over the years, think again. They will back down.

1
